That that honey hole 5+lbs bass in there massive pike too caught my 5lbs there. Someone was killing the bowfin at one point there.

I watch a bunch of fishing vids and everyone barely moves their rod to cast, but they launch it so far away. My arm almost comes off after every cast and it goes about 10ft.

Your rod's power is too much for what you're throwing. Check the lure oz rating on the side of the rod and use lures within the range
