One day, if I can affort to travel Japan, for sure I will go there. Absolute perfection. They put so much effort on preparation. Ambiance, food, the woman, everything fits each other perfectly. No one, even your mom cannot spoil you that much. I believe the owner wants his/her business to be successful so much because they create a real dream in that restaurant. Edit: I've checked google reviews. The prices seems not high. When I go to that kind of restaurant in Turkey, probably I must leave my wallet behind and maybe my car keys.
Wonderful presentation. Interesting choices for the wine pairings (the Gewurztraminer after the brut champagne early in the meal for instance). Very interesting, thanks for sharing.
That restaurant here in the UK would have achieved at least 1 Michelein star for the service & quality of the food. I cannot understand Japanese very well, but the lady sommiler (excuse my spelling) was an expert on the wine.
That foie gras course at the beginning looked like it was the product of an advanced extraterrestrial Civilization delivered to our planet to confound and delight us.
Олень со спаржей и кислицей прекрасен. Алкоголь скупо, конечно. Но это на мой пролетарский взгляд. Я такое под пару стаканов Изабеллы употреблю, нарушу весь фэн-шуй забегаловки.
almost every time you describe a restaurant as being from a country in europe it is wrong ! my advice is for japanese resturaunts to just say "european" rather than getting french or italian or spanish or german completely wrong
