Hey! This is a family home using only base game items. There are four bedrooms, two offices, and a home gym - so there is plenty of room to expand if needed! As always, I hope you like the video and the build!

Thank you so much for a base game build. I don’t think other simmers realise that not everyone can afford all the packs.

True: although I am slowly getting more stuff packs, and cats and dogs, I hope to get more for my birthday or for Christmas and I only get them on sale. Plus I play on PS4 so they are more expensive but I heard someone say that on PC all of the pacs cost over $500.00/£500.00

Eve Denton wow here in India it’s like 2000 rs per pack. Which is a lot for a game. Cuz the games that do very well, like pc games like the dc games cost that much as well.

@@evedenton2031 here in Denmark. Its like. Idk. 10$ for the small packs. And like 25$ for the bigger packs. And I cant afford that. Even tho its pretty cheap.

I usually don’t like modern builds cause they don’t feel like home but rather like a vacation spot; however this build feels like home. Love it 🥰

Hello! I don't know how soon you can respond to this but I am working on a comic and need a house to use. Since I mostly work on humans and am lacking in the architectural department, I was hoping I could use this house as a base template for the one in my comic? I'll be sure to credit you because lord knows I can't draw one without the help of this house. I would be honored to use such a lovely place in my art! I seriously don't know how you do it!

A few months ago the Sims team gave us access to items from around the worlds. The cars are not functional, but make the builds look more realistic :) you can access them by using the cheat bb.showhiddenobjects and then the cheat bb.showliveeditobjects then you can search in the build/buy menu DEBUG and you'll find the cars in there.

The games doent have cars.but you can make a childrens toy bigger (it has toy cars)
