Cripes! The noisy aircon units desperately need servicing/repairs! Otherwise seems like a good value unit and only a six month contract. 😊

I stay there 2020 one month very nice and clean complex near many bars and restaurants.

I like the area, the only negative besides the 800-900 meters to the beach could be that it can be difficult to communicate with your neighbors if you don't speak Russian.

To be fair a 10 minute walk to beach is not bad. I loved it👍

Those AC units need to be replaced. Otherwise great apartment for that price, nice amenities. Just the distance is a bit too far for me, otherwise I would definitely consider it

Very good condo and size for the price. I know that area and it pretty nice 🙂 Big empty lot next door so a chance of construction work there sometime in the future. No wi-fi is a big negative for me 😕

Overall good - but: the air conditioning urgently needs maintenance. The loud hum is unbearable. Bad - no space for a washing machine.

looking at google maps, the condo is on side street that is very close to second road. did you see any short cut to walk to second road, otherwise that 10min walk along the side street to BunKanchana and down to beach.

Would you please ask whether these condos allow small pets? Some of us need to know because they are not advertised as pet approved!!!

Shame, I shall be there for one month. So a 6 month contract is not what I want.
