Videos would improve for me if you showed the walk to the entrance, lobby, lift (does it have keyfob etc) and just the entire walk to room, most of your videos cut straight to the room.
Be good to know the electricity/water rate price in each condo, sometimes you pay cheaper rent but they make up for it by charging you double or more than government rate for utilities. One Tower bottom of Soi 4 be good for a review, mid to higher range condo block. Keep up the good work👍
Thanks for your videos, I just wanted mention a few things that can complete your videos with more positive points, as a tourist people would rent condo maybe for 2 weeks or 1 month and they won't stay more than that. It would be great if you mention in your videos or description that are these condos available for short-term like 1 month or not and also show us any menu about their condition and prices from their office in lobby, and would be awesome if you say how people can contact to these condos to be sure these condos are available before they move to these places, I tried to tell you what's in my head from your videos and hope it helps you. Cheers Jack, I appreciate you leaving feedback. I’m definitely going to mention in more detail in future videos about the length of stay that are available through the agents. However, when it comes to stays under a month period, they have to be booked through sites like Airbnb, agencies which I go through don’t offer that short of a period of stay
Not a criticism but the prices for high season also with the month to month would be great, everything else is pretty spot on, better than most condo reviews
This one is a contender, going to my top 10 list of condos to potentially sign a long term lease on. Nice location too. Only downside is the gym is disappointing, but at least they got a gym LOL
