I am also from Austria and permanently moved to Nepal more than 10 years ago to help the country move forward in a positive way - improve technology in Nepal, improve the skills and working conditions. Your message in this video is very important and I hope that many Nepali people take it to their heart because most of Nepali people are still living in the illusion of having to go abroad to make a living. But instead, people in Nepal should focus on building their own country. Nepal still has the possibility of a future which, I am afraid, places like Europe have already lost.

@@TOBIASTMSK Yeah but most of the young people in our country have this mentality they want to go to abroad countries no matter what I told my sis same thing you said but she arugued and was angry with me I dont know how I change her mentality I am honestly scared for her
feel every word man. I belong to well do family in NEPAL. Recently came to London and rn i am washing dishes for 12 hours getting paid 80 quids a day. i am soulless , can't look at myself in the mirror. used to live like king, had a good education but shit man it's hard. I curse myself everyday for my decision. could have become a doctor or engineer. just got home after 15 hours. can barely move from bed . what a sad fucking nightmare I am living.
Hi Tobias, Its a good video that you made. Yes many youths and others in Nepal are going on a daily basis abroad: Students to europe, australia, and other countries, unskilled labourers to dubai, malaysia and so on. I feel myself that people tend to go abroad on a daily basis seeing no chance in home country. Also majority are even in the poverty line, the education is expensive, after education salary payment is very low. The amount that people invest in education either taking loan or any other way is hard to repay even in long term run. Yes its sad to see such a situation in the country. A lot of students after school level education thinks of going abroad now as a chance to escape the situation at Home country. Bad politics, management and overall situations makes anyone exhausted. Its hard to say and evaluate where, which direction is it going. Would it get good in future? Nobody knows neither optimistic. Well as a hope for a better life , many people tend to go abroad just to escape from the situation, get a better, healthier life. Even when going abroad, yes a lots of people go through very bad experiences, at work, at studying institutions and in general daily life. So the only question is: where actually can people live, live a real life??!!!
I am from kathmandu, 20 and have same mentality like you !! ye alot of my relatives, friend, family are forcing me go abroad. But you know, money is everywhere and its just your mentality and it depends on you. Our society is brained washed, I have seen upper middle people going abroad just to wash dishes, not only them but bachelors passed students too, so i can say either nepali don't have brain or there are brain washed by western society. there main motive is money and life. But dude if you can make money here then this heaven too. First make money here and go where ever you want to, this is my mentality. If you can't do anything here then you won't be able to anything abroad too. Normally it takes 5 year to settle in abroad nation after getting its citizenship but, for that time you are a slave, you either have to go to job or collage, repetitive task and more brain wash, and afterwards 5 year now you are an average citizen. But I would like to invest that money here and I can achieve more in 5 years then in Japan or any other nations. First our fathers/uncle generation migrated forigen for job and now i am seeing my friends. Nepal is emptying. But rlly don't care.
@@awekeningbro1207 If you can find opportunities it's everywhere. Ma afai freelancing garera 2 lakh monthly kamauchu. You should explore the internet, it is free. If you have skills you have money that's all.
ahhh a 20 year old should first live life, know the world and give suggestions. life isn't as easy as writing long easy comments on yt or social media. GOODLUCK
Hey, Firstly thankyou for loving our country.Secondly,I felt kind of guilty seeing this video..,I was so desperate to leave Nepal though life was not hard for me personally there..and I moved here to Austria just right after school even without once thinking if I could stay there and try something..people like us can be literally said selfish😢I earn here, study here and can see better future but seeing people like you willing to help that country which we left for just our own benefits touches our heart and makes us think back about our country.Anyway,I hereby promise to built myself first and also contribute as far as I can in Nepal. If you need any help regarding anything during your stay in Nepal ,please let us know.❤
Everybody has a different journey don’t feel guilty if you want to do something do it if not not but befor we can help others we have to help ourselves. Thank you very much
Well said I agree with you bro hope so everything is okay with you or your family members you got the answer to the question that is related to the life stay blessings bro
Although many youths stay in Nepal to contribute to its prosperity, we lack support, govt. Policies and have abundant discouraging govt. Officials. Your contribution is appreciable. May Allah help you keep doing better.
We all know these kind of things happen but we still go because our country has literally nothing. Even if u read and get a degree there is no any proper paying jobs. Imagine completing bachelors and getting a 24000 rupees monthly job.
Great to see you here brother you have been motivating all Nepalese including mw and i am always your big fan.what are the possibilities to generate money if you have something to share to most students then dear brother share it too.
@@TOBIASTMSK yes dear brother you should make it .I will be ecstatic if you made vedio for me .your single vedio could be eye opening for someone and that someone could be within the boundary of 1 percent successful person 😊. I have been seeing your vedios since Long and got this masterpiece again. I just want your life full of passion, love , motivation, mentor, successful as well as a flower with nectar, dear brother.😊🙏🏻🙏🏻
Fuck man I have been dying with these thoughts man.,Really I cannot thank you enough man. I even wanna write a lot about these things. Seeing you understand and speak about made me feel, my thought was not self created but a genuine one. When you think as a player of a game you are focused in winning the small game with the compititants. But when you see all the games from the top, the realization of you being used and instead of working on yourself and dream you were tying to make other entertain and happ like the gladitators in past. idk if it made sense. But my conclusion is Thank you Mr @Tobias
Made absolutely sense brother🙏 trust your inner voice tomorrow new video is coming where I speak about this 🙏 if you need help or advice just write me🙏❤️🚀
M 33 nepali citizen of EU but living in vietnam cause of same issue , developed countries gives you good money, respect so called, secure life according to them but takes your soul in return …… you want a car for example it can cost 5k dollers to 500k or 5 mil , rat race never ends
Very true! Tobias kudos to you for this wonderful researched video. But the open border from India will fill up the void and India will be whole again and be the post-modern superpower ❤
it's a harsh truth and everybody knows that. it feels like a mockery calling them modern slaves because they just want to provide for the family at the end of the day.
yeah brother it is a huge problem iam too worried about this issue iam thinking of study it courses and do remote works here in own country and start something business here
I really disappointed with the recent culture to moved on abroad for being a slavery others. Same experience i have gotten now in Maldives its sound be liked a slaver than a staff, they just treated only as a slaver. however what could be did than one in one option to goes an abroad nothing an environment for living in own country, a poor salary in hand of job, how can feed up to the family or own fulfilment. totally it having terrified situation in Nepal for living . A main root is the system of politics cause has made to a culture of its.never will could be make a changes these situation .
thankyou for the video. And yes its the truth nepal is literally selling sells to the developing countries and It's such a shame for such a beautiful country. - A nepali teenager
Our government is unbothered by this. The only thing they care about is remittance, and how they can exploit the existing resources, shut down factories, impose policies to demotivate production in Nepal.
I am from Nepal and to be honest if you ask a kid or a teen here what he will become in future more than half of them will say they will fly to abroad. They think that they are going to pick up money from trees when they get in abroad and start a new rich life while the reality is exactly opposite. The salary in abroad for nepali are below average but because of our low valued money it seems to be very much. Most of the money are spent on basic needs like food and shelter. In a single day, nearly 1700 nepali youths are flying to abroad in the name of "student visa". Nepal's society and social media has normalized and brainwashed these poor youths. There is no easy and quick way of earning money. Most people learn that in a hard way. Quick money comes quickly and also goes quickly.
Nepal is a beautiful country, but we are facing challenges such as a lack of education and corrupt leaders. We are falling behind day by day, week by week. I want to make a difference in my own country, but it's difficult when we struggle to even feed ourselves. What about our parents, the rent, and our dreams? It's disheartening , 😢
