MW3 is out now on PC and running smooth! War mode is a blast too, really enjoyed this and I'm glad it's back. Let's play and discuss the new game. Leave a LIKE and a comment, thanks for watching.
There's usually a sale before Christmas if you wanna save $20. Also they've been doing free to play weekends the past few years. I played MW2 F2P and realized you'd have to pay me to play that crap! The nostalgic maps are tempting this year tho ngl!
Hey if apple users can pay for the same bs for years getting more expensive, i really see no issue to buy a fun FPS game that you like. If you got it take it, if not wait for discount, If you do not want it all well that is self explanatory :D
I’m kind of hoping that they will be introducing the other CoD 4 maps too 😁 Even in this multi-stage format, I’m fine with it! Vacant, Crash, Overgrown, Backlot, District, Strike, Pipeline… I want them all!
Crossfire was great in mw remastered unfortunately they let the game become overrun with cheaters did nothing about it and are milking the map for the 3rd time now.
All I can recall was gunning down people with the MG42s at the beach and they couldn't even advance to the trenches cause apparently no one brought smoke grenades. I know COD players aren't the brightest of the bunch but either I'm getting old or the young ones are getting dumber. Probably both.
Honestly that was the one gamemode I actually played on COD WW2. It was like a mini-operations and I was (and am) still hooked on that from BF1. Those voice lines were terrible though.
@FLATTIEGANG at least theres that. Wished it released with another map though. This mode brings back the memories of Killzone 2 days. An entire match would consist of different gamemodes on the same map. Use to love that game.
I would love to play this but $70 for a short campaign DLC and small Multiplayer update with old maps is just disrespectful and a slap in the face. I'll play this when it's $20
I’ve been trying to stay up-to-date on the MW3 release news and so far it seems like a majority of the community feels this way. I wonder how many copies Activition has sold at launch!! Usually they brag about it, but this year they aren’t.
As someone who has only played the new MWII and like 1 COD game in the late 2000s (very casually) would you recommend I check it out? I loved MWII haha
@@ScottR3389last one I played was black ops 2 and I just got mw3 for the nastalgia of old maps and I only played maybe 3 matches late last night with some friends and it definitely was a good time we also tried zombies which everybody is complaining about but I had fun with that too. But I'd say if you got some buddies to play with it's worth it but that's just my opinion
There is nothing holding me back more from getting this game than seeing things like a man made of lava running next to me or a gun made from crystal in my Modern Warfare experience. Maybe if there was an option to prevent seeing ridiculous things like this in game, I'd come back to Cod after my 8 year break from it after things like this started appearing.
@@FoxtrotWTA it was more of an estimation. I' guess I've been gone for a lot longer than I thought. I want to get back in, but these weird things pulling me out of the experiences keep preventing me from doing it. I'd like to be in a ghillie suit with my buddy again or feel like a soldier on the front lines with my buddies like the old days, but its hard to do get into when I'm being shot at by a guy from a different franchise holding a weapon made from light or something. It's supposed to be Call of Duty. Not fortnight.
That bit you thought you recognized was very similar to the multiplayer map 'Countdown' and the campaign mission 'All in' from CoD:4 Modern warfare Also, one of the earlier sections of the map was very similar to 'Crossfire' also from CoD:4
@@xNebulaStarx 'No fighting in the War Room' is the underground bit, He mentioned recognizing the level before he went down the silo. 'All In' ends and 'No Fighting in the War Room' begins as you rappel down the missile silo.
@@sgtdipaolo Yeah, I didn't recognize it, I kinda gave up on CoD after Black Ops II, so I hadn't really seen it other than in Jacks videos, but I looked it up, and you're absolutely right.
Multiplayer itself always looks solid, but not solid enought for $70, especially with every other game mode scuffed..Maybe on sale a few years from now or something..
Nice to see that the Tank section part of the map is the Crossfire Map from CoD4, such a good map, but see they have fixed some parts of the map for balancing
It looks like a mashup of different maps. The first section is Khandor Hideout from MW 2019, then Crossfire from CoD4 as you said. The last part reminds me of Cliffhanger from the MW2 campaign, not sure if they made a multiplayer map out of it. Now I'm not saying I don't like this map, but it just shows how little effort they put in this title. Recycled maps and assets, extremely disappointing campaign and DMZ with zombies. They didn't even try.
Man always when someone mentions UT the nostalgia hits HARD. Damn, the franchise is 25 years old and killed by Epic but still playing UT today. Every part from 99 to UT4. The Assault mode always gives me huge nostalgia, especially the AS-HiSpeed map from UT99 on the train. Man this was great.
Honestly, no cod has ever been worth its price tag except for black ops 4 cos it had Blackout. But, with a few mates they are still fun. The new zombies is pretty decent, it's no dmz but still good
it will drop to a reasonable price in the near future im sure and you can always play WZ and just unlock all your stuff that way, but like you said $70 is insane
@@dr.rexbutts2986old cods used to be worth because you got 3 well polished modes, campaign, spec ops/zombies and multiplayer. Now the only polished thing worth the price is multiplayer
Not sure if anyones played Alliance of Valiant Arms (AVA) but this was the first game I know to have this game mode and it was honestly a criminally underrated game when it was popular
True!! Man AvA was awesome back in the day, its a shame it never the recognition it deserved it, was way better then combat arms, i remember being one of its "rivals" being both f2p
Was never one for too much Multiplayer, but I definitely remember escorting that tank through those very streets in a campaign mission. You first deploy to rescue the tank as they are broken down in "The Bog" mission. Once they repair the tank, you escort them down the same scenery I see in this map. Crazy nostalgia and I am surprised I remember such a thing after all this time.
The fact war mode is still only 6v6 is actually criminal. I was really excited for something akin to battlefield's rush mode, given that warzone can run 100 people, surely 16v16 on a larger map would've worked well. Even some bots thrown into the mix (like mw2's invasion or tf2's attrition) would have made the experience feel like an actual war.
CoD WW2 (2017) was dope. Multiplayer had so many fun updates like the toy soldier mode and the plane mode which was cool to see in CoD. I also like how you could earn everything in game. Not have to spend a dollar.
I think this video from you Jack is the one for me to buy MW3. Such a great mode. Reminds me of similar in Battlefront 2. Great stuff, and Paul Chuckle made an appearance. “To me, to you”
As someone who didn't play MW2, I have been loving MW3. The zombies mode is fantastic once you get the hang of it and the multiplayer modes have been great. I even liked the campaign and kinda liked that it was short because then I could move on to everything else. I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I have loved this game so far.
Imagine saying a campaign being short is a good thing lol. You even said yourself, you wanted to move on to other things. It was terrible just admit it
it's 2 cod mw 2007 maps (countdown and crossroads), a mw19 map ( kandoor hideout) and the inside of the silo in countdown is part of a raid from mw2 (2022)
Would have been so hyped for this game if it wasn't for the ridiculous sbmm... again. It's a shame but at this point I no longer waste my money or energy for that stuff
Hi . What monitor and pc do you have ? everything looks so smooth on almost 200fps .. Love it :D ! asking only because I'm building pc now for myself and tbh I will be spending here 95% my time xD!
The Vazquez 9K is probably the best weapon for tdm ffa ect. If you are using the correct attachments, it will absolutely shred your enemies. I dropped 30 elims on my second match ever in MWlll
So I played my first game of warmode about 2 hours ago and the tank didn't go anywhere. My whole team was shooting the wall in front of where the tank faces. I'm basically here to find out what TF we all did or didn't do to make it go. Or maybe it is bugged. Anyway, good to see you still making videos Jack, I haven't watched in a while. Been subbed since your OG BF3 days. ❤
Thanks for the video. This going to be the first Call of Duty modern warfare reboot title I skip, but I skipped 3 with the original as well. Just too many good games came out this year to play this if it’s mostly the same or slightly worse
The first part of that map on offense is just Khandor Hideout right? And then Crossfire from cod4? So they're just sticking old MP maps together for this?
I was on the defending team when the tank came out and it was right next to me and I almost shat myself cuz I got so scared seeing a tank break through the wall 😭
This reminds me of that cod:WW2 missions that you escort a tank to the end or something like that Honestly feels strange to see it in MW3 but it was a fun multiplayer mode
I think the map is based off the one from CoD4 were you were trying to stop them from launching nukes at the end. It was a MP map too. That area where they launch out of looks just like it. Nevermind, it's 2 maps combined. Neat. too bad I'm not paying $70 for DLC lol.
I noticed the windows were closer to the ground also, and couldnt jump through and my rgp launcher would highlight as a custom assault rifle if replaced by wall or mystery box.
At 10:00 - when the teams switch and the game starts - this map is Khandor Hideout from MW2019. It's an exact copy of the 2019 map, with a couple extra assets placed onto it.
