In regards to the unrealistic nature of the campaign... In the second mission, you embark on a covert strike mission in Nowhereaki, Middle East with the help of a MARSOC team. The insertion takes place about 50 meters from the target location, and the chosen method of insertion is a CH-53 heavy lift cargo helicopter, which requires a massive landing zone, makes as much noise as an English football game, and has the maneuverability of a brick. After inserting the first team, the CH-53 then flies directly over the target building at a comically low altitude, and is shot down by an MPADS, killing most of the second squad and the pilots.The player's team advances on foot, relying mostly on the player to do the heavy lifting, because they all have the accuracy of pissing homeless people despite being special forces operators with a similar level of training. And despite the operation having rapidly gone south, no call for QRF is made, so the payer's team has to complete the mission by themselves. In the end, you achieve your objective, with the loss of no less than 10 MARSOC operators and flight crew, having only managed to destroy a small terrorist cell in return. The planning, execution and results of this mission were abysmal to a similar degree as that of Operation Redwings. If this mission happened in real life, it would be regarded as a disaster. Whoever planned the whole thing would have been reprimanded, demoted, fired, or even arrested. The political and public backlash would be immense. And the op would be taught to generations of officers afterwards as a good example of how exactly to screw everything up. And yet COD acts like it's just another day on the job.

9:00 Apparently in case of lag/high latency, a "server predict system" kicks in: no matter what you do, the server predicts and decides the "most likely outcome". Many speculate it's just a fraction of the SBMM system punishing people for "doing well" in favor of kids/bad players. The scorestreak "issues" may well be another part of said system.

For me personally, I think the Campaign is lackluster at best. It didn't really "Wow!" me in the same way that MW19 did. From what I can see, they ARE actually making campaign DLC for it, so that's good. But I digress. I think the Multiplayer, however, is amazing. It's some of the best fun I've had in a Call of Duty game since World War 2. Obviously it's nothing like the old MW2, but it's close enough for a remake, and I can't complain too much considering the direction of the Multiplayer for the past few releases. Overall it's a solid 7/10 from me, I'd hope it'd be more than just dumb fun like Cold War but it's still pretty good imo for what it is. Let's hope CoD titles get better going forward, now that the yearly release schedule is up and Bobby Suck-My-Kodick will (presumably) be fired once the acquisition goes through this summer!

The sad truth is these issues are not only common in AAA games but are even worse and better hidden in early access and cross platform games. Calling out Steam on this one they know the BS they're letting happen.

Always look forward to your videos, kilotonman. I tried out Days Gone this week since it's been in the back of my mind from you talking about it. I've always known about it because I know the history of the developers in detail - they were the original developers of the Syphon Filter franchise, and the game is full of little outright references to it. "IPCA Tech", IPCA being Logan's agency from games 4, 5, and 6. There's a C8 Rifle, which was the best gun in Syphon Filter Omega Strain, there's the Taser, of course. It's an extremely impressive open world game that doesn't waste your time, I feel like. I enjoy how intently designed the main character was: Deacon comments on everything and anything. It feels purpose-built and deliberately constrained to keep focus. I'm always wary of any sequel from any company, but I'd keep an eye out for whatever John Garvin wants to do next, for sure. Even though Sony these days is busily self-annihilating.

If we want things to change for entertainment as a whole, we need to stop buying into consumerism. Stop buying the same generic garbage every year along with the microtransactions. I'm tired of having the same games every year. This new game isn't any different than MW 2019. If we want truly great entertainment like th The Last of Us, It's a Wonderful Life, Final Fantasy VII, etc, then we need to stop convincing the companies to make generic games every year. If you buy CoD every year, you're an idiot and no different than someone who consumes all the marvel movies every year.

anyone has to explain me this: you go to a car dealership buy a car and you get a full - running car. I mean - playing this game (logic) , you would go to a car dealership, then they hand you a key - but your car has at the beginning only 3 Wheels and no Steering Wheel. The gasoline tank is only a small bottle which comes separately and then they say, well the rest you will get in due time? The following month a guy calls to install the 4th wheel for a immense surcharge + which includes a 2nd bottle for gasoline. 6 month later - the steering wheel comes. Then you realize the GPS which comes with the prize is not showing the actual map - but just some random pictures of the globe. AND STILL - we are going to the dealership because we love that brand....I mean who is sick - we the consumer or the producer?

You can always get a refund. As long as you do it relatively soon, just call your bank and say it wasn't something you purchased.

You have to be good at math by calculating distance, wind velocity, speed, bullet drop. Also knowing information such as a standard window height is 3ft. By knowing this information you can measure the window using the scope and calculate distance to target. You see a similar method used on the game theory channel to mead characters height in video games.

It was revealed in this game that Laswell has done some field op work before, giving credit to the idea that they would allow her to come along on missions. This was never mentioned in the first game, but it was also never mentioned in the first game that she has no field experience either but I think it is safe to assume that we all figured this skinny unassuming looking woman was a desker. They just needed her to get kidnapped in a " realistic " way so they retconned her backstory. I am massive camping claymore guy too, even have restock and ammo box's in my loadout so I never run of claymores lol camping is an art mate.

What scares me about MW 22 is that we as a collective of gamers have learned *NOTHING* from the state of TripleA gaming and the last 8 years of utter garbage and piss poor customer service. We get what we fucking deserve.

I knew COD was gonna be a shyte-show. I don't think a AAA title can be good anymore, not til they start making games again. These always-online spy programs they are making to promote their microtransaction storefronts aren't gonna go away til players stop throwing money away at them. I think its gonna take a big one actually going under. Someone (Ubisoft. Pleeeeeease!!!!) Needs to go belly up or be hostiley taken-over by someone like Elon Musk who can afford to tear it down to the frame and Make Gaming Great Again. Its like Star Wars, Marvel and LOTR... stewardship of the IP needs to transfer to someone who loves it and respects the fans. MWII is a product. It has everything that has been mainstream in gaming for the last 5 years ( monetization, game modes and etc.) this game doesn’t even have a proper combat record, bugs up the buttocks and average gameplay. Call of duty went from being copied to copying, losing its identity every installment.
