I’m finally in a happy and committed relationship and we’re already talking about marriage and building a family together. However before that, I made sure to block every single male person on my phone that was not a family member. Ex tried to even come back too and I firmly told him that this is the last time we can talk, I’m with someone else, and no, we cannot be friends. My wife is at the top of this category of women. Seems obvious that all she really wanted was a party and a ring. I took her to Hawaii for our honeymoon which she found out about at the airport the morning of. Stayed at Outrigger Resorts I paid for everything. Would you know she only posted 6 pictures on her Facebook page and they're only of herself and this is a woman who lives and breaths Facebook her everything is posted on Facebook all except anything dealing with her wedding or honeymoon. If you didn't know her and just looked on her page you'd swear she's a single mother.

Honestly Kevin does disturb me sometimes lol but this is so true. This is one of the thoughts that pushed me to change myself before I found a man to marry. I took stock of my life and all the hyper irrational responses I was having based on past traumas. And I thought, if I'm really believing and hoping God can and will bring me a GOOD man, why on earth would I treat a GOOD man like this?? I started preparing myself to be who a good man would want. I started watching videos on marriage (never ran into Kevin at the time). Reading articles on healthy marriage. Paid the money for therapy sessions though it hurt my pockets (bad!). Searched Scripture and prayed for understanding. Started paying attention more to the married couples in my life and what the women looked like there, vs staying comfortable with my single friends. My husband still met me carrying some rough patches. We still work through things now that we're married! But that thought put a battery in my back. A good man does not deserve to catch the baggage of bad men. You're ready for marriage when you decide you're ready to love and adore someone you don't know yet, so much so that you fight for them before you know who they are. And, if you want different results...you can't stay doing the same things. Humility is the biggest blessing! I know there's an equivalent for men out there as well. If women keep leaving you, you only hurt yourself to assume it's all them. Try different things, learn how to identify a good woman, and fight for the good one before you ever see her 💜
Being a wife is hard work. That’s why women file for divorce more often. Too many women just want the ring without looking at the job description. It can be a good life as long as you understand what it all entails.

BW (& any other woman) with kids can still get a life partner⎼they just have to be realistic about their options. It's less about thinking there's "hope" as it is acknowledging the facts of your situation and *how* it affects your likelihood of attracting the mate you want. *People need to realize that your life choices today can affect the quality (some might even say quantity) of your life choices tomorrow* For example, a lot of these callers seem to want a high value man (HVM for short). If an HVM has the choice between a woman who is young, single and childless vs. a woman who is older with one or more kids, then the likelihood is that, strictly from a fertility/paternity perspective, the HVM will choose the former. Doesn't mean that the second woman can't get a good quality man, just that her pool of eligible partners may be more narrow. Also, there are good men out there who do NOT meet the HVM standard mentioned by Mr. Samuels (i.e., a man making $10,000/month for at least 5 consecutive years). Don't sleep on a good partner (male or female) because of their current wallet size.

I lived in NYC for 3 years. I feel bad for sisters in NYC. The environment forces them to be hyper independent, but this independence is a turn off because many of them come across as masculine and aggressive.
I'm born & raised in nyc. Plenty of women from other races living there too - but the city didn't "force" them to be masculine & aggressive 🤔🤔. Being with an older man I’ve noticed alot of “hey big head” messages and calls of women from his past coming back and being upset he’s with a younger woman now. It actually teaches me to never mess up what we have cause I definitely will be one of those women 10 years later😂

l remember when l was in college developing myself. I tried to date sisters so many times, and even though they could see how driven and ambitious l was, they simply weren’t interested. On the opposite spectrum, the white girls, however, took an interest in me straight away because they could see the long term benefits and security. Now that l have reached a comfortable stage in life (all thanks to God) compared to the average person, the same sisters are now bombarding my dm’s, taking an interest and hating on me because l am with a white woman. From this experience l learnt that most BW (l have come across) are not longterm thinkers i.e. not good at talent scouting, whereas WW are taught this from an early stage in life. Note: this only applies to my situation growing up and is not at all an overgeneralisation of all sisters.

I remember I used to try so hard to date this girl but I was friendzoned. For too long people in our society, and especially our community, have been too present-oriented. People don’t want to delay gratification anymore for a larger purpose. Until a person can learn to think about the future NOW and start investing in it today, they will always make poor choices. Thinking about the long term outcome before you act (whether in relationships, your job choices, the parent of your child, finances, etc.) would save people a LOT of heartache. Therapy can help open everyone’s eyes to the ways they need to change to better their lives and attract what they’re looking for.
It's not even present-oriented because they selectively ignore many factors of their actions in the present. They don't invest in knowing the true perception and consequences of their actions. They focus on these actions being validated as correct. I see folks who will recklessly ingest contraband and invest in thoughtless "adult" activities. However, they choose to ignore the violence they might instigate and/or experience, the disdain they can insight from friends and family, and even the near-death encounters that come their way. Instead, they invest in the idea that the "turn up" is where it's at, even if they are constantly broke, mistrusted, used up, low-value and honestly alone because of it. That's why they want to attempt bullying people into accepting their activities as right, because they constantly face the consequences of what they do and they can't face the music

They literally *cannot* see it. 😔When you were raised in a dysfunctional environment, that dysfunction becomes *normal* for you. If you were raised around people who believe that the “turn up” is where you’re at, then you will likely follow that example-unless you’ve had an awakening. So yes, we agree that it is not *only* being present oriented that is the problem; however, we would venture a guess that part of the problem is that a lot of people nowadays have *ZERO* insight. I tried running this with my husband when I first met him . He spent so much money on me and I didn’t pay up he ended up dumping me and not talking to me for months lol . It wasn’t until I paid a lump sum of my credit owed and we started dating I’ve been married to him for 13yrs now . I love my husband he’s an amazing provider and I’m a stay at home mom of 3 kids. I like watching your show for additional pointers and because you’re hilarious I love your approach. I have since referred my 28yr old single mom sister to your Chanel hopefully she can get married before she hits the wall .
