No country has ever been able to stop banning it completely and that's because the government is involved in it as well... That is a separate matter. The question here is PM Modi goes and talks about Peace and non violence in India. Did it show as an example in Manipur? Did PM Modi go there or at least say or do something about the violence on the first or second day of the problem. If you are the Guardian of India then do what a guardian does. BJP does a lot of stuff both good and bad but remember they are not angels. We shouldn't be hypocrites but practice what we preach... Do not support a political party but support the good service done by a person or a group or organization which will be good for the human and nation.
