7:15 I think he meant to say that Modi has come from the grassroots. He is deeply rooted in Indian culture and has emerged from the heartland of the country.
i think we should have this mindset in us to have a leader with hindu ideology, leader who dose not have wife and kids that way the person dose not have anyone to pass a fortune so there are chances of less corruption
Well you dont know but , the Gandhi Family (like Indira Gandhi, rahul gandhi etc . Were Khans meaning from Afgan and such) they acquired the name Gandhi so that the country could be familiar like the country men were for Mahatma gandhi ) so Modi I'd a true insider like a tea selling man . Importance of a leadervisvhis weight on the world in terms of geopolitics. So it is viewed in that way and appreciated by an Indian .

Touching feet is like bowing to an elder who have attained experiences throughout his/her life or a person whom you respect and seek his/her blessings.
Ma'am,, our Indian Navy rescued Bulgarian ship and 7 Bolgurian hostages from Somalian pirates, 35 Somalian pirates surrendered in the front of our Indian Navy. For the last two months, our Indian Navy has been continuously saving commercial ships of other countries from Houthis and Somalian pirates.😊

Even for caller tunes money was deducted like 30rs, For 1gb people paid like around 100rs
Exactly, and they're not even Gandhi. They're Italian Khans who chose to change their name to Gandhi to fool Indians which they succeeded to do till 2014. Hopefully never again.
16:20 (from Google) In an Indian tradition touching the feet is very common gesture that we used to give to our elders. It is a sign of respect and adopted since Vedic period and also known as Charan Sparsh. Children from a very small age were taught to touch the feet of elders, whether grandfather, grandmother, father or mother, etc. I remember still at my home there is a tradition of touching the feet of our parents, grandparents early in the morning when we woke up and before going to the bed at night. We have read in an epic Mahabharata, Yudhistra stated that touching the feet of the elders gives strength and feeling of greatness. Even Rishis have observed four beneficial factors of touching the feet, i.e. it gives strength, intellect, knowledge and fame.
Before jumping to his current achievements, you should first go and watch who he is and how he reached that position 😊. He is truly a master in politics and devoted towards the nation development. His achievements are tremendous. He is like a superhuman 😅.
Modi is a really good listener meet him once when he visited my state . Even the brief 15 minutes interaction with him be wipl make u feel u are the only person that matters .
7:09 I mean.. an Indian is running the UK at the moment. And you'd be surprised but there are more countries with Indian-origin presidents or heads of state although they are small nations.
India has become so digital. Yesterday i visited my village after 3 years and it is 100% electrified, everyone has smartphones and upi. This time he will surpass 400 seats. Nice video topic .
Hi! Those who are interested ancient history of Bharat and its international relations, an interesting tangent is an old Iranian Ballad named "The Ballad of King Vahram" by Farya Faraji. It gives a glimpse into the Islamic invasion of Iran. You would be surprised how high regards ties between the Iranians and Bharatiya were back then.
12:31 when modi goes to a conference or to meet people he do not let people touch his feet and he once explain it why because he said "i don't let people especially daughters touch my feet when i am representative of PM or as an politician,i feel sad or feels uncomfortable"(he got so emotional that he did not able to complete the sentence he was trying to tell to the pople)
Uri is a place in jammu kashmir india.....some terrorist for Pakistan crossed the india pakistan border and attacked a fleet of indian armed soldiers, on the way to their duty, by blasting a car filled with explosive near the armed forces vehicles.....18 soldiers of indian army were martyred.....in the next 48 hours indian air forces, with the green signal from the central government and army chiefs, conducted a surgical strike by entering into Pakistan territory and destroying terrorist camps and hideouts.....there is a Bollywood movie named "uri" on this incident
6:55 From 2004 to 2013 Congress was in power & congress head was sonia gandhi( original name -Antonia Albina Maino) who is Italy born white lady. Now his son rahul gandhi is comgress president who is so called opposition party for BJP modi.
Touching Feet is sign of respect ... bow down ... no ego ... elders then keep their palm on your head to bless.... positive energy from elders flow through their hand and feet into you
Everything he got from his humble life ❤ He is from a poor family and he will remain the same after he get out from politics , whatever he do it's for the Nation and the well-being of entire World, a True Global Leader with qualities 💕👍🙏
Modi is truly a great dynamic leader has a heart of gold he thinks of his country and works with dedication without taking a holiday. He is proud of his people s. Achievements. And appreciate them Our country has progressed because of him
14:13 The journalist said to Modi that "But we have to also take care of the international pressure" And Modi replied "We are the country of 1 Billion people (population of India in 2016). We don't take pressure, we are the nation who can create one, if we want"
16:00 It's the gesture to take blessings from elders, teachers etc its part of hindhuism if someone have more respect for some you will touch their feet to get their blessing like good health, wealth, having children and prosperous life etc It's not obligatory or forcible
When he meant leader who can connect, it was the leader who rose from botton to reach the top. Earlier we had PM mostly elite from a family completely cut with the reality
4:20 that point is correct... But yet why is it an important parameter us because even in india, no other politician have individually gotten followers even anywhere near to Modi...
Charan sparsh means multiple things but the most significant reason is to show someone respect. touching someone's feet means i have deep respect in my mind for you.
I am from 🇳🇵 Nepal and proud Sanatani. Let me explain about touching feet according to Nepal's Sanatani society. We touch feet of especially elders [Elder in bloodline relation], kanya (unmarried girl) and Guru(A master or A teacher) and if someone is elder in relation also (someone can be elder in relation but younger in an age). It's simple meaning is to say that my ego, my anger, sense of "I" within myself, education, or can assume anything positive or negative would be at your feet to keep relationships healthy and strong and to only acknowledge what our relation is irrespective of what you are. And Namaste is for all the human beings to denote that god resides in you and i bow down to the god that resides in you. We bow down to the god that resides in each of us body. But usually youger people starts namaste to greet elder ( but age does not matter).
The concept of "feet touching" is only in Sanatan dharma. If you read Ramayana there is a scene between Lord Ram and his brother Bharat where the later touches Ram's feet and his his wooden sandles turns into gold. The aim is to give in your ego, arrogance, stature, power and such things in the feet of the elder that thier guidance, blessing is more important. Its not an obligation or compulsory thing, in fact people dont go about touching others feet just coz they are elders. Some eastern countries like Korea, Japan do bow down but its more of an obligation rather then something actually coming from the heart. This is my understanding as a Sanatani and how my parents taught me things.
He was making point when said leader doesn't come within the country is that The opposition leader is the son of Italian bar dancer who married prime minister rajiv gandh*i And we are not USA land of immigrants We are Bharat 5000 year old civilization, Chanakya said: son of foreign mother can never become loyal to this land
Touching the feet of elders to seek their blessings is one of the nicer traditions in Hinduism. Some other communities practice it too, though to a lesser extent. Of course, you rarely touch the feet, it's more the movement of bending-bowing to show your respect. It is more prevalent in northern and central India.
Yes We do touch feets of our elders! 😊 Our culture teaches us to do so and according to us this culture of touching feets for seeking blessings is as old as the time itself (as old as our civilization). (We touch feets of our closest family members (gramp/granny, dad/mom, uncle/aunty, etc), our teachers, our relatives and anyone who is elderly and we really admire or respect them out of our own will)
In the Indian tradition and culture you touch someone's feet when you meet your elders as resoect for their contribution in giving affection and guidance with their richer experience. It also seeks their blessings and gratitude for their stature and accomplishments. Thus resoect for teachers and those who have greater wisdom and knowledge. It is these traits that are bowed down to and that has its deeply seated respect fir the forces of wisdom and knowledge depicted in divine forms of deities like Sarswati and Laxmj. The esoteric depth of Sanatana Dharma has been steadily uncovered after centuries of distortion and patronising understanding, especially over the last 250 years.
Indians love Radio shows even in today in an era of Social Media... And Modi's Podcasts are also Popular in common people.. People love listening to their favorite leaders.
16:30 Actually it is said that there is positive energy in the legs and to seek blessings of the elder by touching feet shows our respect to them and also gives us some power... And we also touch the feet of our Gods...
PM Modi's address at the Ram Mandir inauguration was a epic and historic. It is a corner stone if Bharat returns to it's former state. Mann ki bat got repeatative for me. But I don't often miss his address at special events.
There is a film called URI, about the retaliation against terrorist attack on an army camp in URI in Jammu & Kashmir to understand more. You know Ajit Doval, the chief security advisor to the PM. He was the mastermind behind this retaliation. Until now the world had not seen such kind of fierce retaliation from India (a surgical strike in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir). You will love the film.
from an energy point of view, Positive energies enter thru head & leave thru feet into the ground passing thru all the chakras of the person who has gained so much of knowledge & wisdom...So by touching the feet of an elder, we are receiving that positive energy..And other perspective is that bowing down in respect & surrendering ourself to them so that they selflessly pray/bless for the betterment of person who is asking/receiving those blessings..So, Its became a sign of respect too...Even in temples if we get a chance to touch, we touch the feet of god to receive his/her blessings...Hop you got it
He also has an unstained character, a life like open book, he has practically no personal belongings, he donated most of his salary that earned as cm or pm
Charan sparsh is just an extended version of namaste . When you touch the feet of a person, it means you are recognising the good in the person and you want the same qualities in you as a blessing.. its the way to show the real respect for the person .... Its deep ..
🙌 feet is where you walk, we touch the feet to take blessings of elders and sages, as they walked on different paths of life having some experience and wisdom being elder, so touching the feet is a blessing for us that "we are grateful to have you", and also head is where our ego exists, pride, jealous and other bad thoughts about ourselves, and foot is used to walk on all kinds of paths it has dirt but foot is that part of the body which bears our weight and the same head which is filled with ego's and other bad thoughts, so touching the feet creates that sense and reminds the person that there are people who has more wisdom and experience than you in life, and this keeps people down to earth always as a reminder that there were great people before and will also come after so you be humble .
16:50 See, whenever we touch feet of elder, we bend down and do a yogasan. Moreover, if we talk about energy , when our elders place a hand over our head for blessing , we see that the positive energy from them directly enter us through our solar plexus or crown chakra. We enter an energy receiving position directly by bending down and touching feet. To know more about it you need to learn about the Chakra which are the energy points of your body. And definitely respect is an addition. Personally i touch feets of my parents only and just join hands and do namaste to relatives. Traditionally it has become a sign of being cultured and has been followed from centuries from the Vedic times.
Its very rare to get leader like him, he is a gem of a leader for whole world. Mostly Head of States are popular because of there Dictatorship or they are head of state of some rich or developed country or superpower country. Uptill now India is yet to become super rich, developed country or super power of the world but still Modi is the most popular world leader mainly because he understands his own people he have seen pain and struggle and he connects with them to solve that issue very emotionly and stronlgy with his decision irrespective of how world media coverage is done, he is popular because he is loved by people of his nation. Other head of state knows what it takes to reach that level thats the reason they respect him a lot. 🇮🇳
Modi’s vision is not just helping India progress faster but also reshaping the Global order and making people realise that when a responsible Country has power it can actually help the whole world , from COVID vaccines to evacuating people from war zones to adding Africa to G20 and many more he has proved to be worthy of every praise .
The greatest asset he has, that the people feel comfortable with him and his sense of humility! And then comes his inclusive mindset that he sees all in equal terms and empathetic to the poor nations, poor people and their needs! His character, his devotion to his nation and his people, his sense of sacrifice are more reasons for people of his nation to love him! An ascetic who became a PM of the largest, diverse mass of humanity!
Hey Zuzana. 👋 Hope this breaks down the significance of "Charan Sparsh" for you. Charan means "Feet" and Sparsh means to "Touch". Taken together it means to touch ones feet. It has been a tradition since time immemorial to touch the feet of our parents father and mother, teachers and elders. They, in turn, bless the person touching their feet and placing their hand on or over the prostrating person's head. Charan Sparsh is done daily while meeting with elders and particularly on important occasions such as the beginning of a new task, festivals, birthdays and sometimes almost daily. It is important to know the right way of touching ones feet. One can bend the upper half of their body, ideally without bending your knees and stretch both your arms with your head between them and touch the feet of the elder. It is obvious that the fingertips of your left hand should touch the right foot of the elder and your right hand should be on their left foot. The elder person touches the top of your head with their right hand and gives long life blessings. The Vedic Relevance of Charan Sparsh In the "Atharva Veda" (1200 BCE - 1000 BCE written estimated timeline), a great importance has been given to the way a person greets others when meeting them. In the act of Charan Sparsh an individual exhibits respect for the elderly, the wise, and those with an exceptional contribution to society. It is a way of accepting their superiority. This promotes humbleness and modesty in an individual and also makes the other person feel significant. Thus, in this way, a person learns to be humble, courteous and respectful. The physical effort involves useful exercise and promotes enthusiasm, vigor, and concern for others. Vedic Astrology also rid someone of their tension and is highly motivating practice. It is believed that there are Scientific Benefit of Charan Sparsh. There are many scientific benefits involve in the pious act of Charan Sparsh. Since the human body releases the vibrations and also receives them from people who come close; touching the feet may encourage the flow of energy. As the elders touch the head of the person in blessing, energy is again exchanged between them. This exchange of energy gives an individual self-confidence, vigor and protects from bad fortune. Both the individual experiences an inner glow. Usually, the person of whose feet you are touching is either old or a guru. When they accept your form of an act as a respect that comes from your reduced ego in the form of Shraddha (Devotion), their hearts emit positive thoughts and energy which is called Karuna and reaches you through their hands and toes. The blessings received after Charan Sparsh are like invisible armor as they motivate and strengthens you. In essence, the completed circuit enables the flow of energy and increases cosmic energy, switching on a quick connection between two minds and hearts.
7:18 what the video means is that India has probably for the first time had a leader who is connected to the masses i.e. the downtrodden and poverty-stricken majority of the country. Modi doesn't speak to them in a condescending, patronizing tone but rather as a leader who's one amongst them. In the past we had leaders who just 'looked Indian' but were just a select elite who clearly did not operate with our best interests in their hearts. And he also proves it through his actions - building millions of toilets, getting piped water to remote villages, cooking gas connections and also building homes for the poor, he has tried to deliver these basic necessities as much as possible to the bottom rung of the society. All this is maybe because he himself grew up as a chaiwala (tea seller) on the railways platform in Gujarat, which means he is well aware of what issues a common indian faces. On the other hand, while he has done a lot for the poor and continues with his social welfare schemes, he is also an unapologetic advocate for free markets and capitalism. He's super business savvy and is an experienced afministrator, where he was already the Chief Minister of Gujarat for 3 terms, resulting in great economic progress in the state. Thing is, for a country which is synonymous for misgovernance, maladministration, corrupt bureaucracy and a rotten to the core system, Modi stands as a beacon of hope for the Indians. I can go on and on about why he is so popular, but to cut a long story short, he has all the right qualities that Indians look for in a leader and also his opponents are at their weakest and most clueless right now, so no real alternatives either.
7:00 The word "from within the country" should not be taken in literally sense... What it meant was that the person who have seen and understood to some extent the depth of the nation and Hance, from "within"...
Population doesnt matter for followers coz if the person is loved & valued due to his capabilities & vision he has, people will follow whoever it might be from any part of the world in my opinion.
16:03 feet touching is Indian cultural tradition, where in Hinduism feet is revered as a amalgamation of cosmic consciousness... hence, feet is being prayed in India
Charan( Feet) Sparsh( Touch) - It is an ancient Sanatan Dharma tradition to bend down and touch the toes of the elder/ teacher or any person of virtue. This is to show respect and surrender ones ego in front of them. An act of humility. In turn , it creates love and compassion in the elder and they bless the person. A blessing is like imparting some of your good karma to the person.
The reason why Modi is loved is because he came from the bottom and rose to the very top. In his early youth he was just a tea seller, imagine, now he's one of the most powerful men in the world. Isn't this inspiring?
Mr Modi is special because he is devoid of colonial mindset. This colonial residue drives many leaders and certainly most of the previous leaders. Mr Modi has come from ground up without special privileges and is deeply aware of how the nation's heritage and history were mauled and distorted over the last 250 years. This had resulted in a huge number of Indians confused and even ashamed if their heritage. The change in the perception over last decade is incredible. I have seen the transformation over several visits over the years.
