Hey my man! That’s awesome! I have the “smoked” taillights from tansowerkz. They replace the OEM taillights and add an LED bar across the rear. They also have a start up animation if you like that (it can be toggled off). You can get a red or clear style if you don’t like smoked. It’s a plug and play replacement. Hey there! I painted them my self. I Paint matched them with the Lexus paint that my car is painted in. I got the paint from TouchUpDirect in an aerosol can and painted the parts normally!

I’m not too hands-on experienced in the BMW world, but I can definitely say that the Lexus has been reliable. They are also historically reliable. I’d definitely take that into consideration.

Also any known headers that can go on this car or if I not many manufacturers Make stuff for the 2.0 turbo bc i haven’t had the car for no more then a month now exactly and im coming from the euro background from MK7 GTI which I dearly miss so fing much but learning the ins and out of these Lexus so if you could help would be a massive thank you!!
@@xpertdude3781 Hey there! I recommend the Armytrix downpipe. Our cars can have downpipes, but not headers. The armytrix downpipe is the one that I have (along with their valvetronic catback). I’ve had it for over a year and have had zero issues. You will probably get a check engine light though if you don’t have a tune. I have the MForce tune. You have a nice car btw!😁

@@alexvela2780 You’re good my man😄 I make about 300hp and 375 ft-lb of torque to the wheels. And you would have to get a flex fuel system and probably different fuel lines to run e85.
I’m curious if you’ve heard of the aFe Takeda air intake for the is200t? what do you think of it and would it make a difference compared to other cold air intakes that aren’t completely boxed in?
Hello! Yes, I have heard of this intake. Not having them boxed in can allow for slightly colder air (if blocked off from the engine correctly) and for much louder turbo noises. I have the HPS intake (which has an open filter/ not boxed in), and it is great. The turbo noises it allows for are super audible.

@@jeffreycastillo3935 Thank you my man! I had it on my dash for the longest time, but wanted to make it more sleek and quickly visible. I will definitely consider making a video on how to do what I did. It’s fairly simple to wire, but unfortunately it’s not simple to find instructions on HOW to wire it.
For reals? The aftermarket is definitely not as insane as other makes/ models, but I think it’s pretty good! There are even upgraded turbos for these models! I know a company makes an intercooler, I can’t remember the name right now unfortunately. Slowhitelexus, on Instagram, has their intercooler and upgraded turbo internals.
Thanks my man!! I have RSR superdown springs on the stock shocks. And I have a cold air intake and an HPS turbo muffler delete that free up all muffling to the turbo. So, what you’re hearing is the stock BOV/ wastegate. 🙂
@@Grey3IS damn that’s the stock waste gate bro I got to do that with mine ..have you notice a difference in power slightly?and how does the ride feel with the strings on it ?I am going to do some stuff with mine too I really am waiting for a tune to be available cross the board for 200t that motor has some serious potential and the mounting of the 8 speed transmission to it is what make it even better.
@@damonsta80 Right! I was really surprised. You definitely notice more torque in the lower boost range due to the turbo muffler delete. And the intake does allow for slightly more power, nothing insane though. The ride is pretty good with the springs. It’s definitely stiffer than stock, but I really enjoy it. Makes taking corners really fun. I have the MForce tune and it’s been amazing. I am making a little over 300 wheel horse power right now! It’s a conservative tune, but a great one.
@@Grey3IS bro alittle over 300 to the wheel ..no you got to put me on that tune you got ..that’s a nice power to be had in the 200t ..I don’t know if you notice but holding around between 65 mph and 75 mph the boost is crazy when you punch it seems like the power band around that range is perfect you will get to 100 plus miles so darn quick it’s scary ..And factoring the weight of the car along with the engine weigh it’s even lighter than the 350 you will run rings around a lot of cars with the extra power to weight ratio you have now ..shoot stock I have ran rings around and kept up with some machines when holding in that power range so I can imagine what you will do.
I have the HPS cold air intake and the HPS turbo muffler delete! The intake opens up so much muffled noise. I highly recommend it. It’s like night and day. The turbo muffler delete adds some noise, but mostly helps for improving low-end boost/ torque.
