Had the pre intercooler temperature sensor come out and causing a boost leak and excessive EGT’s. Going to fix boost leak and try reaching 200+kph.
Thanks again to Nigel for the use of private road.
I’ll try to remember everything

Kinugawa 15T hybrid turbo with larger 56mm billet compressor wheel and extended tips
K&N air cleaner
22” Black Rhino wheels
Synergy B4 fuel controller will off boost enrichment and boost cut defender
RX7 front mount intercooler
3” alloy intake piping
Inlet butterfly removed
EGR removed
4 bar map sensor
Custom 3” turbo back exhaust
EGT gauge
Engine temperature gauge
Boost gauge
Inlet before and after intercooler temperature gauge
2bar waste gate spring
Running 29-30psi
Triple trans coolers

Please keep posting videos of accelerations and perhaps a few pulls from the outside to get a feel for what it sounds like? Epic build.

Not sure what you said but thanks for watching and subscribing and yes it’s a stock motor internally but everything else is modified. Your 4m41 engine is really good 👍🏻

Sorry but if you have a NS pajero with common rail injection and VGT turbo then I can’t help I only know NM/NP pajero

Thanks for watching. Turned out I had a boost leak causing excessive EGT’s. I’m going to have another run some day and try and crack 200+kph.

I have a Turbosmart dual stage boost controller with high and low switch in cabin. High is set at 30+psi and low is 26psi Any cheap boost controller will work to some extent You really need a fuel cut defender to prevent ECU going into limp mode at 21 psi it gets really annoying For $200-$300 Get a Synergy B4 from UK Diesel Tuning which has fuel cut defender built in plus you can adjust fueling and off boost enrichment (less lag) for more power I personally think it’s a waste of time turning boost up without fuel cut defender otherwise you can only turn it up 2psi before you have limp mode issues

Check your boost controller T is plumbed the right way around Probably won’t do a video cos mine likely different

Never been on dyno as it’s over 7 hour drive for just an non diesel specialist. I’m thinking at least 230hp

With 22 psi boost and a steinbauer fuel module I dyno tested at 170whp 4m41 automatic transmission on a Sportero so you can gauge.

No it’s got a Kinugawa 15T turbo with 56mm billet compressor wheel with extended tips and 5+5 fin design and billet wastegate actuator with 2 bar spring

Drives bad? You try and go 180kph with one hand on a shit road while recording a video trying to keep it focused on speedo in a 2.3 ton brick! She drives beautiful for a 20 years old truck with over 400,000km

@@vvevvevvvv зачем мне английский? Я что англичанин, меня мое окружение отлично понимает,а глаза сам разуй, я написал почему так плохо едет? Ибо эти тачки едут 200 без каких либо доработок, и динамика разгона совершенно иная, а тут что-то не так с машиной,так как она еле едет.
