Hi Fabio I am happy to hear that. Yes, it is possible to set the ESC into reverse, it is just a matter of setting the pulse width to 1 ms, which is approx 6 % duty cycle. I will consider doing a video on that. I am not an Arduino expert either, but I don't think the Arduino is the limiting factor in the acceleration. Maybe the ESC you are using has been programmed to a slow start? I have used other ESC in other projects, where I could program several settings such as acceleration.
