Never tried TTC switches but it surely feels amazing! I also slightly lubed my scroll wheel but kind of regret not adding more since the rattle is coming back
I found those silent Kailh switches and ended up putting them in my G PRO X Superlight and MX Master 1. My wife hasn't complained about the noise ever since. :-)
Well the stock mouse feet are scratchy in most pads particularly when they are new. All I can say is that on my current razer strider and on my previous razer gigantus (which is very similar to Logitech g640 and steelseries qcK) the improvement from the new skates was very noticeable and well worth the 10€ I spent
can you please advise better on gpx superlight to put encoder ttc gold or kailh alps? To make the wheel quieter and not have such tactile cutoffs as on a standard encoder
hey thanks for the video .. my question is whats the best switch you recommend me to buy because i want to buy one but i dont know what to buy ( i have the same mouse )
there is no right switch. It's all 100% personal preference. My advice is to buy two or three like I did and test it out yourself. Some are lighter then other but more then that it's the feel that makes a difference. Plus it gives you alternatives in case you mess up the soldering like I did initially
Absolutely! From my experience the superlight is pretty safe from double clicking but if you are sure that yours is suffering from that the problem is entirely switch related, so new switches mean no more double clicking
Maybe? I mean, you can completely replace the scroll wheel rotary encoder for something that is quieter/firmer. It is not more difficult than swapping the switches
