Given how the switches work my best guess would be that there is some hair or debris that gets in the optical path. My advice, if you don’t want to take the board apart, would be some compressed air underneath those switches?
I have a GT Omega wheel stand cockpit already. It'll cost me a little over $1000 to get the wheel, DD, and pedals with load cell. Might have to wait a year until that next federal tax refund.
That's the exact same wheel, DD base, and pedal setup I have my eye on from Fanatec. I currently use a GT Omega wheel stand but I have a cheap $100 PXN wheel and pedal setup. I was going to upgrade to the Logitech G29 but I'm thinking skipping it and just going to this setup.
Paying 300 dollars for a pair of Senheiser IEM's when for less than that you can buy a pair of AKG K702's, pair them with a Fiio K3 (a pair of K712 pro with a K7 would be better ) and punch at setups literally 10 times the price makes absolute no sense. The two main things you need for gaming, especially competitive shooters, but this applies to any game including racing (I bought a G25 when they originally came out 15 years ago to play NFS: Carbon and TDS: Unlimited online) are a soundstage as big as possible and a neutral sound. That's it. The rest is fluff and marketing.

Ive had simgot em6l, I love them, they have a bit of issue with accurate stage sounds in gaming and sometimes can over power details, although they feel great. One issue with mine is the cable, I highly recommend grabbing a different cable as mine broke within less than 3 months which ironically Sigmot does not cover beyond 3 months, figures.
Coming here with a question, is there a way to increase the actuation point or make the Shift click a bit harder beacuse I accidently press it all the time
Unfortunately no. You can tighten the side stabilizers on that switch as seen on the video but other than that there is no way to make shift harder to actuate accidentally
