Modular CBT for Childhood Anxiety 

This video describes the basics of Modular Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT) for children with anxiety, an evidence based treatment shown to be effective for 95% of children with anxiety! Throughout the video, viewers will follow a case study of an 11 year old girl with separation anxiety, giving an overview of what Modular CBT could entail. This flexible treatment option can be done with or without parent involvement and includes elements of fear based exposures, which are reviewed in the video.
