Matti Laamanen...what a legend! I was surprised how much more kick/bass heavy the vinyl sounds compared to the digital file I had got used to, but what a remix 🙌

Lovely track this one 👍 I've noticed a few times when mixing vinyl into a digital track a lot of the older 90s trance on vinyl can have more bass than the CD/digital versions.

I wonder if you know of the BeatForge mix of faithless' Insomnia and God is a DJ? BeatForge was a German (I think) label which produced Trance/House/Dance CD compilations in the late 90's and occationally made remixes of 1 or 2 titles included on them. Those Faithless remixes were EPIC...had them on a USB memory stick but I lost it somewhere in Thailand.

I heard this banger live in 2003. Pvd live at Einheitsrave in Detmold in Germany. Still best trance event I have ever witnessed. What a freaking energy we felt on the dancefloor. I hoped so much to hear this tune that might and Pvd delivered like a boss! Btw. Pvd just started using Serato Scratch live that year.

Personally prefer the Beat Pusher remix most but this is enjoyable too and have played this one a lot as well. So nice to have a full package from fellow Finns enjoyed by so many around the world.

I listened to the digital after recording this and was like wtf! So different, and initially was gonna tweak the low end down a bit, but thought nah, this is how the vinyl sounds so this is how it's getting uploaded 😊

Great tune. There's been a lot of great trance from Finland. Question, do you have 'Syna - Do you feel' hidden somewhere? Also Finnish, love that tune.
