Al-Nasaa’i (5048) and Abu Dawood (4195) narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) saw a boy part of whose head had been shaved and part of it left. He told them not to do that and said: “Shave all of it or leave all of it.” Al-Albaani classed it as saheeh in Saheeh al-Nasaa’i.
I don’t know if Ali is doing this intentionally or not but I’m going to assume the best and say that he forgot or misunderstood. Ali said that when he made the challenge ( im assuming he is referring the challenge he made to shami) he asked shamsi is Ali can give him naseeha and according the Ali shamsi said no, which is not true rather shamsi said “I did not come here to get naseeha from you, but I’m not above naseeha” shamsi even said “go on” indicating to Ali to proceed with his naseeha, shamsi also said “in sha Allah it will” as a response to Ali saying “can my naseeha not benefit you?” Just to show that this is misinformation about shamsi. And the video is titled ‘shamsi gets pressed regarding some of his views and actions towards others’
Tameem ad-Dari radiallahu anhu said: “The Prophet peace be upon him said, (three times), “The Religion is naseeha (sincerity and sincere advice).” We said, “To whom?” He said, “To Allaah, His Book, His Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and the general people.” [Saheeh Muslim No.55]

Knowledge of Jarh wa Tadeel today is irrelevant. It is just backbiting and slandering now. Books of Hadith and Usool of deen are all present hence refuting people today like muhaditheen in past did is either ignorance or arrogance. I always though to myself “why do ppl always say salaf this and salaf that” I know I follow the prophet and his predecessors to the best I can” then surly Allah knows I follow the Prophet Mohamed SAW and salaf, then surly Allah considers me as salaf by default. What they did? Is it bad also to mention the wrong action Fatwas (Islamic Sides) without criticizing the scholar? For example, the offering in Islam was Ishmael but many scholars and narrated opinions from the companions mistakenly said he wad Isaac. What shall I do? Also, for example Imam ibn Abdul-Wahhab (RA) said "what Allah spoke by His tongue" while there was no mention of tongue for Allah in Islam. I don't mean the person is completely wrong. I respect all of them and their opinions but say in the specific matters they were wrong. Also, what about Yasir Qadi can we attack him for misleading people about worship graves?

Brother, this is not making fun of someone. This is just giving clarity for the ummah of how our ummah should be built and united. This sect justify backbiting on Muslims (especially outside their sect) with jarh wa ta'dil. In a nutshell, jarh wa ta'dil is peeling a hadits narrator weakness to ensure that the chain of narration from the prophet remain strong and reliable. Syaikh Fauzan explain it clearly on the video. But unfortunately this sect seems didn't get it.

السلام عليكم This is the disease that has been spread for years. People following a handful of scholars , declaring thousands of muslims as disbelievers have poisoned scholarship and the ummah. Many of the scholars that were quiet about it were sometimes promoting these things. What about all of scholars in Africa (not just north Africa) , India, Indonesia , Etc , even in the west. May Allah protect us and increase us in knowledge.

Subhanallah, why is it that so many of these guys are in prison? Wallahi I didn't know he was. Surely that should be a sign. Allah is humiliating them by putting them in prison and they're still at it. They're in shackles, metaphorically and physically.
Yes it is a very clear sign. The one being referred to WAS in prison for whatever mistakes he made. Some time after being released He started to practice Islam and never looked back. Alhamdulillah by the Mercy of Allah he found Salafiyyah. So he learnt Islam with the correct understanding and then began to call to it and alhamdulillah Allah has guided many to the correct path through him. This is not humiliation brother. On the contrary this is elevation and exaltation. May Allah guide you.

For the love of Allah before you want to understand these kinds of issues, learn and ground yourself properly in ´aqeedah (islamic belief, I recommend « Aqeedah Al wasitiyyah « by Ibn Taymiyyah) and concentrate on increasing your knowledge (little by little otheewise you will lose yourself) and improving yourself as a new muslim. Without this you will be confused by this sort of stuff and your heart might even harden. I pray Allah keeps you on the straight path
Hijab and Ali are talking about a cult known as SPUBS (or Madkhalis), named after Rabee Al-Madkhali, a staunch supporter of the Saudi regime. They claim to be Salafi. Actually, they believe they're the only Salafis I.e 'on the manhaj' of the Salaf, every other Muslim is 'off the manhaj' and a Mubtadee (an innovator) . In UK they're known as SPUBS and they include Shamsi, together with his teachers Abu Iyyad and Abu khadijah. They mostly engage in refutations, particularly against people who criticize the Saudi government etc. Admittedly, Shamsi does a lot of good too, giving dawah to nonmuslims and such, but it is marred by his affiliation with this cult. Their YT channel name is DUS dawah.
They are talking about people who subscribe themselves to Salafiyyah. Those people are extreme in refuting muslims and the scholar(Shaykh Saleh al Fawzan) they admire is speaking against this behaviour. Thus the moral of this video is that they should heed to the warnings of the Shaykh whom they themselves admire.

You are correct bro hijab, most people in this country cannot read quran properly, recently I taught Asian children, every single verse they recited so many mistakes and I had to correct them, after one day teaching , USTAZ JI at the centre called me, I am sorry, you can't continue the teaching any more, because you corrected students so many mistakes, the parents don't like. This is Muslim society where we are living that they cannot accept any criticism, especially maulavi and mufti sab, whatever they call in this society.

From them is Taqleed ( blind following of madkhali scholars), Hizbiyyah (partisanship based personal attachments and creating a cult like group), defamation of Muslims (Scholars, Students of knowledge, callers to Islam, etc.) yet claiming this is Jahr wa tadeel (praise and critism of a individual according to Islamic principles) and the list goes on and on. Everyone is condemning each other and everyone claims to be on the truth. Even though I liked the methodology of the Salafis but nonetheless they also have divisions among them.
