Is he then who guides to the truth more worthy to be followed, or he who himself does not go aright unless he is guided? What then is the matter with you, how do you judge? (Surah Yunus 10:35) Ali Ibne Ibrahim has narrated from Imam Baqir (a.s.) that the one who guides the people towards truth, is the Prophet and after him is his Holy progeny and the one who without guidance does not become guided is the one who opposes the Ahlul Bayt of the Prophet after the passing away of the Prophet (S). Ibne Shahr Aashob has narrated from Zaid Ibne Ali and we have mentioned earlier that this verse is very clear about the Imamate of the Imams (a.s.) because each of them was most knowledgeable in his own time especially in comparison to those who falsely claimed the Caliphate. Fourth verse: وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنْ اتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى مِنْ اللَّهِ. And who is more erring than he who follows his low desires without any guidance from Allah? (Surah Qasas 28:50) Imamate is a divine appointment and a fallible person can not be an Imam. Madelung, regarding the blood ties which is found in Quran, states the superiority of Ali for his succession. Here are some verses from the Holy Qur’an concerning true and pure Imams: It is Allah’s wish to remove all blemish from you, O Ahlul-Bayt, and purify you with a perfect purification. (Qur’an 33:33) Say, I ask no reward from you for it except the love of my kinsfolk. And whosoever does a good deed we add unto it a greater good for him. Lo, Allah is Forgiving, Responsive. (Qur’an 42:23) And whoever disputes with thee concerning him after the inspired knowledge which has been given unto thee, tell him, "Come, let us call our sons and your sons; our women and your women; and ourselves and yourselves; then let us pray and invoke Allah’s curse upon those who lie.”(Qur’an 3:61) Hold fast to the Rope of Allah, all of you together and do not diverge. (Qur’an 3:103) Be careful of your duty to Allah and be with the Truthful. (Qur’an 9:119) Lo, this is My Straight Path, so follow it and do not follow other ways or else you will diverge from His way. (Qur’an 6:153) O you believe, obey Allah and obey His Messenger and those amongst you who are give supreme authority (by Allah). Qur’an (20:82) O you who believe, enter into peace, all of you, and do not follow the footsteps of the Satan. (Qur’an 2:208) Then, on that day, you will be asked concerning the blessing. (Qur’an 102:8) O you Messenger, convey what has been revealed unto you by your Lord, for if you do not do so, you will not have conveyed His message at all. And Allah will protect you from the people. Lo! The difference is that Shi'ism claims that salvation relies on the belief in Imamah - which is unproven from the Quran. If it really is what will save someone from the fire on day of judgement, then why hasn't Allah specifically detailed Imamah in the Quran.

Would Allah not be able to give direction to Ali Radhiallu Anhu or Abu Bakr Radiallahu Anhu and give them specific order of khalifa? 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th? 2. Again your arguments have been proven very quickly false. For instance if we accept that Ali should've been the first caliph, it still doesn't prove the legitimacy of the 12 imams. Furthermore, all of the attributes and the claims regarding the imams can't be true because they DIRECTLY contradict the Quran. Additionally, pointing to false proofs of information that the sahabas and that the wife of the prophet s.a.w. were believers, in the first case, one of you is the kufar, either the sahabas or the ones who claim, and as the prophet himself declared them (and not you) as the best people, the evidence hugely points (with undoubtedly many proofs) that the sahabas were indeed the best people and meaning whoever claims to invalidate their faith is himself a kufar. We haven't even gone into the quran just the sunah and every day claims of the shia people. This is a clear warning against Shia teachings and beliefs. You haven't been looking for the truth in the earnest way and that is why you're incapable of producing your proofs.
