圣诞节很近了，一起来制作适合派对，大人小孩都喜爱的”双重巧克力玛芬”。用了无糖纯可可粉和黑巧克力块制作而成，因此称为”双重巧克力”。烤好，个个玛芬蛋糕膨胀扩散成🍄蘑菇形状，超可爱的~，整个厨房充满巧克力香。这食谱里面加了酸奶油和植物油，让玛芬内部结构非常湿润。上面还铺上满满的黑巧克力块，巧克力粒和夏威夷豆，超有圣诞派对气氛。趁温撕开来, 内部暄软蓬松又湿润，可以看到半融化的巧克力流心，加上香脆夏威夷豆，每一口有非常浓郁的巧克力味，堪比星巴克巧克力玛芬了。真的好吃～
收藏方式：做好温吃，口感最佳。收密封容器放普通冰箱７天。冰库冷冻可保存更久，吃前解冻即可。
Christmas Day is so near, let’s make “Double Chocolate Muffins”, suitable for party that adults and children all loved. Made with Pure Unsweetened Cocoa Powder and Dark Chocolate Chunks, thus with the name “Double Chocolate”. Once baked, each muffins rise and expand into 🍄mushroom shaped, super cute~, whole kitchen is full of chocolate aroma. Sour Cream and vegetable oil are added to this recipe to keep the internal structure super moist. Top is sprinkled with loads of Dark chocolate chunks, chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, filled with Christmas Party vibe. Tear apart while warm, soft fluffy and moist interior, with half melted chocolate lava visible, plus fragrant crunchy macadamia nuts, every bite has rich chocolatey flavor, comparable to Starbuck chocolate muffins. Really delicious~
Storage Method: Best eaten warm. Store in airtight container store in normal fridge for 7days. Freeze the cake can store longer, thaw before eating.
