Made it today in preparation for Thursday but I could not resist taste testing. I love it. It will go even better with the turkey and stuffing and mashed potatoes! Totally at the top of my list!!!

I have made this before we call it Corn Pudding made it one year for a building Christmas Party the young folks had no idea what it was and never had it before. It was a hit. As you said it's delicious inexpensive and easy to prepare. You also suggest adding onion powder I have added fresh chives cut up small in the batter as well. Thank you for sharing
I just made this and it's delicious. I followed the recipe exactly. It's very moist. It reminds me of Stouffer's corn casserole that I don't think they make anymore, but we loved.
Kathleen … 1/14/2023 I made this recipe for dinner this evening served along with chili. I added chopped jalapeños and it gave a nice little kick. A great addition for a football evening in very chilly SW Florida. Will be looking for more of your videos … ❤️
Wow I’m am making this tonight and I love the crust I love cheese but husband and son can’t do cheese hehehe and we will be using vegetarian jiffy can’t have pork 😊thank you and you have an amazing voice love it ❤
I add can of green chilis..and in half of a lot of pickled jalapenos..yummy. I got lots of left over corn. Bread so im gonna add and egg and crumble the corn. BRead..wish me luck

Mansa Queen, Try making it this way. I didn't totally follow your recipe. I hardly ever totally follow someone's recipe completely. I add my own touch. I used honey instead of vanilla extract. I also used two boxes of Jiffy, because I have a really deep dish. I doubled my eggs & because I don't like cream style corn, I added soften cream cheese to the one package of corn. Yes, package of corn. I used thawed & rinsed frozen corn. The end result is amazing!! So, delicious!!
