Thanks brother I had an LG dryer too. Smart diagnosis indicates electrode sensor needs attention and the clothes are damp after 7 hours and there's no heat. So the electrode sensor in your dryer is working fine?
It's the four wheels in the unit the new wheels have bearings the old wheels is more like a bushing they slow the drum down thus slowing the fan down etc ...
Find the model number, which is in/on/behind the door. Type the model number + manual into Google... And read the PDF. For example: lg dlex8100v manual (for what's in the video) and it's the first result.
