My suggestion for a good magic item, enchant a ring with levitate 1 for 10 sec. It only uses one charge and by the time the 10 seconds are gone it will already be recharged. with this you could levitate indefinitely but it won't be annoying like a wizard staff where you're stuck on levitate for two minutes.
maximum amount of stuff you can wear at once: Skyrim: armor, gloves, boots, helet, ring, amulet, shield Morrowind: Cuirass, Left Pauldron, Right pauldron, greaves, boots, helmet, shield, right glove, left glove, left ring, right ring, amulet, skirt, robes.
For anyone reading the sheep noise are what Netches make. A lot of older video games used stock sound effects back then (Boars in Solstheim make noises like Imps in DOOM, which was a baby jaguar stock sound effect originally). Decino did an interesting video on DOOM sound effects.
DONT DO THAT!! Swimming is good to do when you get the chance, especially at low level, because swimming increases your Athletics skill a lot faster than running. Plus, you can dive for pearls 😊
I can just imagine seeing from an NPC's point of view your character just wilding flailing around in the water desperately trying to hit Slaughterfish.
I like that in morrowind the layering cloths over armour and stuff no other game dose that only one I can think of is kingdom come deliverance such a shame that TES got dummed down with ever new entry reducing it to a series of fetch quests
at the balmora mages guild they sell a fairly affordable unlocking spell at the same level as the tower so incase you picked another sign you can still get doors open. it requires kinda high alteration so expect to fail casting for a bit.
@@70icedtea50 theres a rumor that the main writer for morrowind went on a 7 day amphetamin binge with no sleep and finished writing everything for morrowind.
MickyD how dare you! I can’t believe you! You don’t like Morrowinds main quest line??? As a huge Morrowind fan boy I’m shook, I’m super hardcore main quest story all the way! Haha jk. Just wanted to say that Morrwinds main quest line, to me, stands out in terms of content, quality and length (that’s what she said), but yeah if you’ve done it more than once it’s a drag. I mean there’s only so many times you can become hortator of hufflepuff before it becomes a chore and it just makes you want to go back to your chamber of secrets. Great stuff man! It’s almost better than skooma!
By the way, the ruined citadel you passed while looking for the dungeon had a dead ordinator you coul have stolen the armor from (Just don't take the chestpiece or helmet since wearing those will aggro the ordinators when you talk to them()
I 100% agree with you on Morrowind's main quest. As much as I love the game i gotta admit that the only reason the main quest is longer than oblivion's or skyrim's is because 90% of it is boring shit, such as searching for something or someone blindly or talking/bribing/persuading. I'm kinda glad I didn't bother with the main quest on my main save file back on Xbox and just killed the heart without the wraithguard (and a lot of potions and saves lol)
The cardinal direction thing hits home with me, i always have to do this Never = North, Eat=East, Southern=South, Worms=West, so i say Never Eat Southern Worms to help me visualize them!
I’d agree on the main quests in Bethesda games-I honestly dislike them because it forces the roleplay aspect of their game in a specific direction. I’d rather there just be lots of short to medium questlines and more interactivity.
3:38 man, I play games regularly that use the cardinal directions and I still have to say in my head "Never Eat Soggy Wieners" or "Never Eat Sour Watermelon"
oh goodness, you gotta get the spells to teleport to cities, my friend. Then you can sell all that loot and you wont be so encumbered when you travel by foot
9:40 I got a very lucky bug that let me skip getting the tribes to endorse me. After starting one Hortator quest they sent me right to the head priest (Maybe because I was also already head priest?) and he sent me straight to Vivec.
@@tekelodoyo Oh, it also let me skip the tribal quests too (Thank god, FUCK that slave escort) And yeah I';d done the "Give the godly avatars infinite divine intervention scrolls" exploit by that point so I had no shortage of reputation.
Hope you’re doing well Micky, miss you! Still come crawling back for a fill of some Irish tomfoolery, I’ll be waiting at least if you do decide to come back❤ just finished the main quest and on Solstheim currently, having a good time with it! Always praised your patience with this game but once you look past the dust it’s such an amazing game really
The reason why there's always filler in main quests that tie into side quests, is because of people who SOLEY play the main quest in a game. Its usually to show that they should try and do other things in the game that aren't the main quest
@@MickyD I see. So you went to the shrine after finding the cavern? I see you speak to Molag Bal in the beginning of the video with 57 long blade, but find the cavern with 49 long blade. Just a time warp I guess. Was just trippy.
It's because he had a bound sword equipped at 4:16, which fortifies long blade by 10 while being held. At 12:36 he just had the fiend katana equipped so his long blade wasn't fortified. His base long blade level at 4:16 was actually 47.
@@BobixIX Ah, yeah that's why. I didn't read the guys responce properly when I responded. I forgot that the enchantment also fortifies my long blade. I shouldn't be replying to comments when I'm dead tired lol
Play an orc, nord, or redguard. Take combat as your preferred and make long blade a primary skill. Then it's just gear you learn how to get quickly/easily in early game and you're set.
9:30 man I've kept my mouth shut so far but you putting the courier's main quest on the same level as those of the nerevarine, lone wanderer, hero of kvatch, or dragonborn is just straight up offensive. c'mon man new vegas' main quest-line is so much better and more role-play-y. Anyway love your videos, do more new vegas content because it's tied with morrowind as my favorite rpg video game
Morrowind puts you in less of a role than New Vegas does at the start. I also never said any of them are bad, just uninteresting to me compared to all the other quests in those games. I also wouldn't agree that its main quest is better than Morrowind's at all.
