​@@sonic-fm1gw My understanding as a lay person was. They did a lot of tests and experiments to identify if exercise and timing of exercise will improve the functioning of genes in the muscles for diabetics which their preliminary experiments indicate it might. This is a line of research to reverse the issues with how the cells struggle to absorbe insuline. They identified lines of inquirey they want to persue after a practical experiment with diabetics. They are yet to reach a conclusion. The theory is that some genes are effected by the circadian rhythem and that ineffective activity, diet and rest paterns disrupt the rhythem and cell behaviour causing the problem with insuline absorbtion which becomes diabetes.
