I am sooo in love with the fact that orangutan’s feed their young even when it’s actual fruit/food . A lot of primates take the food (like literally pry their babies mouth open )from their young especially when they are still nursing . This mama patiently handed to and waited waited for baby to try to have a taste ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💝

I extremely adore these red haired apes. They need our help ever since they're critically endangered due to deforestation, pet trade and mostly palm oil. We need to protect them!

All the noises made by visitors with their constant remarks are disturbing. Visitors should be required to keep SILENCE for a few minutes when they are close to the apes. Please be quite. Is it too much to ask ? These are wild animals, they are not supposed to hear constantly our conversations.

It was so nice how the mom let the baby grab at the food from her hand and allowed her to take turns to eat. In other animals and primates the mom would rip it out of the babies hand and the baby would only get some scraps when the mother wasn’t looking or paying attention.
