She wants her baby to start finding food on her own. She doesn’t need to breastfeed so much, it’s time for her to be more independent. And the baby is throwing a fit every time mom won’t let her breastfeed. No real damage is done, if mom doesn’t do this then all the babies will end up like sweet pea.

This is not torture. Dana knows what needs to be done in order for her troop to survive. Notice that Daniella will not quit or take no for an answer. I feel sorry for the mother, not the baby.

Shes not torturing this was a long time coming shes tired of Daniela biting her and nursing every.five seconds. Dana is hungry and tired from Dolly and DeeDee She is constantly chasing after them for Daniela shes constantly being hit and bitten by them because of Daniela and they dont let her eat or rest . On top of it Daniela bites her and is on and off her nipple continuously and when DeeDee or Dolly pull at her she bites Dana's nipple real hard to hold on. I feel sorry for Dana she just wants a break. A place where she can eat snd sleep and be with her baby without being tormented.

It's funny how people think that Dana is actually hurting her. If you pay attention to what's going on you will see that when 99% of mother macaques wean their babies, they never actually bite down on them. What they're actually doing is called "mock biting" What's really happening is their pushing the baby forehead or snout against their teeth. Just enough to get their point across and establish boundaries and feeding times. The only LTM's I've ever seen bite their baby with any kind of real force is Jade & Ava.

Daniela's not even 2 months old, so mom should NOT be treating her like this. The weaning should begin at 10 months & go all the way up to 2 years of age. This poor baby is kidnapped, tortured, & rejected several times a day by different monkeys. She is by far the most abused baby in all of the troupes, & on top of that, her bitch mother Dana neglects, abuses, & rejects her consistently every single day. It's most truly too sad that people would make mean-spirited comments about this poor innocent overly abused baby monkey Daniela. She's better off dead than being tortured every single day, including by her own mother. Hopefully Dana won't have any more babies. You deserve much better baby Dani. I only wish she could know how many of us compassionate people out here actually really love her a great big bunch!

Dana does not spoil her babies.. They eat when necessary but none of them were allowed to just suckle for comfort.. She doesn't like breast feeding at all.. we saw that with baby Donnie.. Baby Daniella had a rough life before she was killed and I believe Dolly interrupted the bonding process between Dana and this baby....I believe it's the reason she got killed.. Dana allowed her to roam without any supervision.. In this video, baby Daniella was being so stubborn and persistent.. I can see why Dana was dealing with her a bit harshly.. She wouldn't take no for an answer.. But She hardly got time to feed.. before she was snatched from Dana.. This happened so much.. Poor baby just didn't have a chance..

They're not being tortured. That's what the mommy monkey's do. They are not hurting their baby. They are keeping it from drinking every drop of the milk and their nipples are sore as hell. The baby won't obey it keeps going after the nipples.

Yeah she's not really hurting her she's trying to stop her from climbing all over her trying to get milk so she will keep biting and hitting her lightly until she stops trying to feed if she stops hitting her and pushing her she will just keep latching onto her nipple I'm pretty sure it hurts like hell when they bite down on it. LOL. You see every time she gets loose she runs right up her latching herself onto her arm or leg if she was in pain and scared she would run like hell but she doesn't. It is too early to wean a baby monkey. Daniela was only 48 days old. And many times, Daniela had been left alone, bec Dana did not want Daniela to follow her or ride on her back. That is why Daniela had stronger hands and legs, circumstances trained her to be independent, to travel alone, and to mingle with other monkeys. She was loved by Maci, her grandma Popeye, her brother Donny, Ashley, Jessie. Sadly, she was targeted by the kidnapper Dee Dee and Dolly. She was bullied by Merrie too, bec her mother often abandoned her and many times could not defend her. Dana is the prettiest mom of all, but a weak mother. Not too responsible. Maci, Polino and others are much older than.Daniela, and yet their mothers have not weaned them. Poor pitiful Daniela. She was left to be an adult monkey.
