Today I am getting lots done in the kitchen. Come along and make one of my favourite, simple suppers. I'm also trying my hand at sour dough bagels. There is lots happening; come and hang out with me.

Well, it looks like you had a full and busy day of cooking, eating and playing outside. Your bagels looked amazing as did that chicken soup, yum. How nice for Jacob to get a new bike and to be able to pass his smaller bike down to Ben. I never get bored watching you cook. Its a long weekend for us here, Memorial Day which means there's a chance I might get to see baby Mackenzie, yay. Thanks for sharing the time with us Lindsay, wishing you a happy weekend.

Thanks, Tania! Jacob was so happy getting his bike, and Ben was really pleased to be getting his old one (I was glad he was happy and not jealous). Next we need to get them some new helmets, Audrey is currently wearing a hockey helmet.. Lol. I hope you have a great long weekend, and hope you get to see sweet MacKenzie! 🙂

Hi Lindsay 👋 😊 I don't work Friday's so I was happy to see your video come up 😊. Our days are always full of to do things aren't they. Never a dull moment. It doesn't take long for laundry to pile up. Your nails look great 👍. Never heard of cat's eye polish. Your bagels looks so yummy. I've never made bagels. We love soup yearound, nothing like homemade soup. Emily is so cute. Won't be long before she'll join the others in school. 13°C is a nice temp. I'm not a fan of hot muggy weather. 25°C and low humidity would be great for summer. Looking forward to seeing your grocery haul video. I'm sure editing is time consuming. Have a great weekend. We're expecting rain 🌧 but we need it. Take care. 😊

Thanks, Dyann. I am not a fan oh the humidity either! I hate it. It's supposed to be 22° today which is nice. And yes, you're right, our to do lists are never ending. Nice that you get Fridays off! Emily will be in school before I know it, I love my days at home with her!! The editing is very time consuming, but I enjoy it. I love getting to know people through the comments, I feel like I've made some good friends here. The grocery haul I was referring to was posted on Wednesday, so you've probably already seen it. 😊 I hope you have a great weekend. 🙂

I like to do chicken fried rice with leftover chicken, although we are cutting down on carbs in my house now. But your bagels looked amazing! Have a wonderful weekend.

Chicken fried rice sounds amazing! I wish I had of thought of that. I'm such a creature of habit when it comes to cooking! Have you been having nice weather lately in PEI? It was nice here today, then cooled off and the fog rolled in. Have a great weekend. 😊

@@mominthemaritimes My husband says we have had wonderful weather for the last two weeks. I've been in Italy and on a cruise in Europe. Today is grey and it rained over night but it's supposed to get nice later. All my spring flowers are out and my lilac looks like it could pop anytime now.
