We call it the heel of the bread as well. But I've always said "loaf of bread" instead of "bun of bread". Also, I have never heard bed-lunch either, we always said bedtime snack. It must be an east-coast thing! Lots of different terms for things here on PEI. Have a great weekend Lindsay.

Hi Lindsay 👋 😊 We call ours a loaf and the ends crusts lol. I use bedlunch here. The tator tot casserole is really good. I make the same bread in my cast iron casserole. I make a similar chicken dish. That soup looked good. Love homemade soups. I made macaroni and cheese a few nights ago, I only use extra old cheese in mine. Everything looks so good 👍 ❤ Take your foot our of drawer, lol. So funny. Have a good weekend. 😊

Wow, what a wonderful week of meals, I'd eat all of them. I've said this before but I'm saying it again, that Honey Chicken looks amazing, I snapped a photo of the recipe and asked my husband if we had any chicken breasts in the freezer and he said yes, so it's on the menu for "crossing my fingers" tomorrow night dinner. The chicken soup looked so good too, I've never thought of adding my leftover chicken gravy in to a soup, but you can bet I'll be trying that as well soon. I know my husband would love the tater tot casserole, but I'm not a fan of tots, do you think shredded has browns would work? Oh, and your Dutch oven bread looked so good, I've made it before but the one I made had to rise on the counter over-night, I think your recipe sounds easier. When I made my bread I added chopped garlic and rosemary to mine, it was delicious and smelled amazing. I think here when I am talking about the ends of the bread we call it either heels or the just the ends. Thanks for sharing the week of home cooking with us, it really has me inspired to get back in my kitchen and do a bit more home-cooking. Hope you are having a lovely week Lindsay.
