HORIZONTAL STABILIZER also called the 'Stabilator', BUT ONLY when the Stabilizer and the Elevator are not separated. DO NOT MISTAKE IT AS THE ELEVATOR. That is a separate part. Just as the VERTICAL STABILIZER and the RUDDER are two separate parts as well.
