everyone told me when I was just starting this show that Abed would be my favorite character but it's not even close.. jim rash put a smile on my face for every scene he was in, which was literally more valuable than gold to a depressed recently broken up introvert like me
So the Dean heard there was an actual fire, changed into an appropriate outfit, THEN tells the study group...ALL BEFORE he actually announces to Greendale there is a legitimate FIRE. 🤣🤣🤣
Aside from the Payday rap, which is clearly the funniest Dean moment in the show, I love the Good news/bad news because he comes back for his cane and goes "come on Craig. Get your life together." makes me laugh every time.
I re-watched the episode the other day. What's best is that he comes back to the study group and he says something like "people loved my outfit in the bank. They asked me all kinds of questions!"
"Greendale's music department is flat baroque" is one of my favorite puns of all time... And I just now noticed that the 'flat' part is also a musical pun!
@@jessm229 not quite. There’s an end credits bit with Troy and Abed where they pull the fire alarm to get out of a test. But when they pull it, it just rips off the wall. They tell the dean to cancel school or they’ll tell everyone. He agrees, and then sticks the fake fire alarm back on the wall. 😂

I've seen the Troy and Britta "to meet different people!" scene probably a dozen times at least and this is the first time I noticed the GIANT green apple that's next to them for no reason lmao
*fire breaks out* Most people: *run out, pull the fire alarm, notice that the fire alarms are not working because this is Greendale and shout warnings to everyone you see that there is a fire and to evacuate* Dean: *changes into firefighter outfit first and casually walks on over to his favorite student group to give them the first heads up* Never change, Dean. Never change.
It took me an embarrassingly long time to realise that the Dean was dressed as a Candy Bar during his rap because it was Pay Day! Talk about being late to the punchline. 😂🍫
They left out one of the best ones where abed is using the deans map to help get the group navigated back to campus and he asks the dean what all the circled truck stops are with their ratings of “number of thumbs” next to each 😂😂😂
I never made the connection.. In "this better not awaken anything in me" the man is dressed like a dalmatian. In the first clip of this video, there is both a dalmatian on The Dean's desk, and what i think is a picture of a dalmatian on his wall
I just realized Dean was telling everyone about the fire himself because the school doesn’t have working fire alarms The attention to detail is amazing
Between this show and Rick and Morty I’m realizing that Dan Harmon (or the people in his writers rooms) really loves the “clip show of clips you never saw” bit. I mean I don’t care, I love it too, I’m just saying the more stuff you do, the more your patterns emerge.
