This is my mil we literally go behind her and season anything she makes lol she is a great baker and can make the most intricate and awesome cakes but man she can only cook a few good things. So we just go behind her and season when she isn't looking lol she doesn't even salt and pepper 😅
This isn't me, in fact I've been known to over season BUT maybe they just don't like seasonings? My aunt is a great cook but doesn't season, I'm always reaching for S&P at least at her house 😂🤣😆
She might use, send her a recipe with all the ingredients. Mama/Josh has been listening to a lot of her subs, especially those who send her recipes to try. 😉
Absolutely same here I thought it was part of our southern commandments to be able to cook and I have closets of seasonings and spices and bless her heart she is a sweet heart but makes me sad and wanna feed her son. Lol . I have 4 sons 16 to 23 and they and my husband are also amazing cooks. Why do I wonder if her tea is sweet or watered down ?
@@bestlifeever4548 my husband is a great cook and my kids get in the kitchen at 3. I just don't understand why this sweett woman cooks this way. It has to be a gag, right?
@@LauraBidingCitizen first of all I’m a nurse! I know how cross contamination works funny girl. Second in this video it is cross contamination duh! If i were you I’d think about what I’m saying before you open your piehole. Believe me it will keep you from looking like an imbecile! Plus I believe NO ONE asked your opinion.💯😂
We’re getting there Momma! Baby steps. Next step a little seasoning and you’re on your way! I’m here for it. Love that your meals are always made with love! 💕
@@rosegoldbanks4842 Washing the chicken does nothing but splatter raw chicken juices everywhere around the sink. Cooking the chicken is the only way to kill any bacteria that may be forming.
Lmfao!! I just can't! 1st- ZERO seasoning, not even salt & pepper , yet there's a Red Bell pepper next to the onion. 2- ' Raw Chicken ' TOUCHING the beans. Clearly- ' I'm the problem' with my OCD phobia with raw chicken😂 God Bless ya Mama! You & Josh are still with us, so you're doing Something right! All my Love, you two make my Day!!!❤❤❤😂😂
As a southern woman, this brings back so many memories from growing up because, bless my grandmother’s heart, but she cooked the exact same way as you 😂 I love your videos, Momma 💕
@@terryanglerosanchez9054Don't spread misinformation, you can clearly tell it's cooked. It just doesn't have no flavor. No seasoning, no nothing but at least it's cooked
I would normally agree, but really stoned and empathetic at the moment and think, dam he lucky to have a mum that trys. Granted its really not great but how many kids got mums sitting on their phones ordering McDonald's or worst still not cooking or ordering in. If your lucky to have a mum that could cook text her now and let her know how much you appreciate what she done, you'll make her day
@@JamesTKruklegit ordered food would be better .if u don’t know how to cook quality Is better then quantity .cooked ten bad meals instead of just getting help from outside food choices. it makes it harder for the mom tbh to do this then order .
As a nursing assistant I actually appreciate that momma doesn't season or add extra sodium - this meal could be served to ANYONE who had dietary needs, diabetes or allergies to preservatives. This is a complete gluten free meal. People can then add their own seasonings and flavours that do meet their medical needs. I know momma is only cooking for her family, but I could serve this to my patients with dietary needs, and be confident that all will be okay. Some people have to eat their meals as plain as this, and momma would be a godsend for them.
@@AnaDiaz-wz4cf right, thats why i say, she may not cook extravagantly, but she works...most families would be lucky to have a mom who is home, or who cooks...a lot of woman today do too much door dash, or are just not good moms..plus she still tries to take care of Josh n hes grown...i adore momma, i wish my mom was still around, i lost her young..
@crispywalters4431 I'm 36, and I still have fond memories of learning to bake with my great-grandmother, who lived her whole life (she was born in the 20s) never leaving the South. She taught me valuable life lessons and wisdom, all while adding lard to pretty much every recipe. Something about the smell of fat back will bring me back to her kitchen every single time. I miss her dearly.
Salt pepper onion powder garlic. Powder lawreys season salt. Paprika. Onions in the green beans crushed red peppers accent!! Salt pepper garlic powder butter on them potatoes and cover the chicken with barbq sauce
Mama!!! Lmao got me hollerin over here at 10 in the morning LMAO 💀 Literally if you'd just sprinkled a healthy portion of Lawry's seasoned salt, some Tony Chachere and black pepper across that entire pan and that really WOULD be a good meal 😂
Tell your mom there is a McCormick seasoning at Walmart called roasted garlic and herb and she could use it on just about anything. I definitely give her an A for effort but a little seasoning would go a long way for her meals. Love watching y'all and she seems to be the sweetest lady ever! Much Love
Les is more I guess...? Found mommas recepies, can't get enogh!!!😂 All procesando foods, and shes so slim...and looks so healthy!! It's amazing!! And also, are the plastic dishes a southern thing as well? She's awesome and soooo creative!! New momias fan here!!❤🙋♀️🥰
Well at least it ain't dry.😂 I was also surprised Josh Green beans and potatoes weren't from a can. Now please buy momma some spices for her birthday or Christmas which ever comes first.
