Not once, not twice, but three times this defendants daughter claims her mother is GUILTY! Then Judge Caprio makes a rare mistake by misjudging a motorist, how does he make it right?

He gave her a chance and she blew it. See that’s the Negative side of being an Understanding individual. Some Folks, regardless of how wrong they are, and how much You go out of Your way will still try to get over. That’s just Human Nature. The one that she and her brother didn't have a mother and father? the part where the sibilngs were separated? The part where she found out that her grandmother, after finding out that she's terminally ill, wanted to spend her last days with her, only after she died - and will feel guilty about it for the rest of her life? First case made me laugh, then get weepy with the gratitude for his kindness to this mom and her little girl. The second case made me cry so hard. I felt the young woman's pain. Several years ago, I was living alone for the first time, and overdrawn by near the end of each of the first six months. I had to stop paying a couple things, get on budget billing for electricity, and adjust to living alone. It was hard, and brutal, and terrifying, and I cried a lot.
