I was wondering if you could make a video that goes into more details on how to prepare such as is there supplements we should take or avoid before and after the surgery, what items could be useful for the first week (bathing wipes, walker, toilet seat riser, etc.), is there anything you would recommend to bring to the hospital if you have an overnight stay. I think it would be very useful to hear your thoughts and recommendations :).
