you know I've compared the sound of the HYPHN to the platinum 500 ll and as far as I'm concerned there's not $60,000 difference in the sound quality the 500's are incredible they should have never discontinued them but I know why they because if they put them side by side with the HYPHN nobody would buy it they would buy the 500.

These are ‘High End Luxury’ speakers. So yes, by most people’s standard they are expensive, just the same way by most people’s standards a Ferrari is expensive. But there are people out there who buy them.

@@SoundlineAudioNewZealand I’m very well off here in Vegas and my system and room is well over 150k alone, and I still would not throw money away,I am not a sucker for these manufacturers
