when you look back at this scene you realize how much respect Garps Marine corps deserves because non of them spilled the beans since only Sengoku seems to have known during Marine Ford which makes sense considering how long he has known Garp I assume he knows Dragon personally
Yet again, everyone forgets about Monkey D. Kong - the Commander-in-Chief of the World effing Government! Though, his relation to the other members of the Monkey D family has not been revealed yet, my guess is, he's Garp's elder brother.
