Exercise is great. But only modernity could cause people to think that embracing the life of a monkey is somehow a rejection of modernity rather than it being the actual embracing of modernity in its fulness of error.
Great channel thank you for these amazing mobility exercises, I still stretch even though I no longer dance professionally teaching students and my online subscribers how to split mainly but it's fun
+ricky chahal Hey ricky, we have tons of more content coming up! I will certainly do more personal videos in the future. My personal training routine changes very often (I change my focus to master different things), but my training routines and the movements/exercises I do are covered in the Movement 20XX course.
Very Nice! i do a couple of those moves already at home like kong crawls and the crossed feet standup without using hands bit. Your video has inspired me to do more with this. Im cautious though cause I've been experiencing bad shoulder problems from overhead work as an electrician. maybe it will help overcome :)
Fantastic! I really like what you do, it is exactly my body philosophy! Nutrition, strength, agility, mobility, aesthetics, clear mind, no maltreatment of the body, no tattooing... My question: How much time per week do you invest in training of any kind?
Thanks! It depends, usually I focus on 1-2 areas for a while and then switch. In the beginning it's effective to do everything on a weekly basis but later you make better progress by specialization
And how many hours per week does it take you to have that level? And how gifted (genetically) would you consider yourself? Sorry for the question bombardment, but this juming around looks just as easy as it does in male chimps, and they are by far so much stronger than men...
I found your channel through the Tapp Brothers and I must say I'm really loving the movement man! Have you ever tried parkour before? I'm sure you'd be pretty amazing at it! Because I train parkour and all I'm seeing here is conditioning gold! :D
As the comments put it embrace monke but legit thou it takes practice trust me i did the gorilla walk for my friends little one it splits the knuckles a little
Interesting how you make a distinction between our primate selves, homo sapiens being the 5th Ape and other Apes and primates. Many of these moves are entirely natural to homo sapiens, you can see them in things like wrestling and capoeira.
How are you able to walk on your knuckles like that? Is that something you had to condition or practice for? I tried it and it feels very uncomfortable and my metacarpals seem to want to shift.
+Skoal36 Free your body = free your mind. And vice versa. Your body is the result of your lifestyle/training, and how you decide to train is the result of your decisions. If your mind has a restricted approach to working out, your body will reflect that 100%.
Vahva Fitness, you make an excellent inspirational coach and what you said is so beautifully explained it can't be worded any better!! love your channel! ❤️
hello, I'm a dancer and this help me so much, i have a question, the name of the second song what you used ¿how is?, i really liked and I need her for my dance.
even for boxing did you see his shoulder mouvment i think that will make his shoulder snapping better also the oblique is very much involved in his mouvment which mean better rotation more punch power
Vahva Fitness So cool, i appreciate your effort and putting this on youtube it's really nice! I saw from your previous videos one with called 'lizard walk' or something like that, i tryed it and its super cool :D Btw how did you got all that muscles on? i practice gym for 1 year natural, and still going till i come true my body
+FLASHING9 I got very nice shoulders, abs and obliques from movement training, but my back really grew after I started to do more calisthenics and weight training. The body is the result of years of practice.
+VAHVA Fitness I'm from indonesia..and i have subscribe,i really feel cool with your video, and i always imitate it,i think you are uniqui, extraordinary of course other than others..
thanks for answering. I have seen a lot of Ido´s videos and I was impressed by his training method, when I saw yours videos I have caused me a similar impression. I am starting to do (try) a work out with the same philosophy and I´m really convinced that its the way I want to go, but, the bad thing I see is that it can be a difficult or complex training to do for a begginer. Anyway thanks for trying to make easier for all interested, and noobs like me :)
