I love how when they're introducing the players, Everyone's saying hello normally, Maybe a little confused. Then you get to Sully and he just looks fuckin' *shell-shocked.*

I think in the rare cases of a four way tie, the state gets first place. After all, it provided all their needs.

There should be a communist test card that asks a question about America or a Hollywood actor, and if they get the question right they get disappeared because "Why would you know about that capitalist pigdog!"

I love the over the top Stalin character, and the stereotypical Russian officer who is haunted by the fear that he might know too much. Amazing game.

I love that Sully got to play this game with someone else this time. It was weird watching him play it alone the last time.

Tilly reminding Sully about his show trial and then slowly raising her hand as the final vote to kill him was incredible. She is like the world's least threatening super villain.

Tilly triumphantly stating “ I knew I could kill myself” perfectly encapsulates the feel of the game

I love that in both episodes, Stalin goes from "happy to be the bank" to "ok, you guys do it yourselves" to "no more change for anyone!"

There seems to be a mistake in the background. It seems to read NRB when it should clearly say KGB. Also, Sully going into the game with what can only be described as boardgame PTSD is just hilarious.

The first guy to ever leave prison without disappearing was immediately interrogated by the NKVD for two turns on how exactly he did that.

I loved it when Laurie realized the rule he developed would give him too much money.

You know it's a good game when one person is yelling, "I'm gonna kill everyone, I'm gonna squash you under my boot..." and everyone else is in tears laughing! 😂

Some card ideas: - The Molotov-Ribbentropp Pact: pick a player that is two ahead or behind you in turn order. You and that player divide the properties of the player between you, and they disappear. Only two players? You get backstabbed by your partner. Give half of your properties to them. - From Each According To His Ability, To Each According To His Need: All your roll results are now 5. If you rolled more, other players are allowed to spend the excess to supplement their rolls. If you rolled less, the difference between 5 and your result is substracted from every other player’s roll. You’re allowed to roll only one die. - The Five Year Plan: Stalin gives you a goal you need to accomplish within five turns. If you fail, go to jail. If you succeed, Stalin gives you a new goal. - Party Congress: Stalin has just finished his speech. First player to stop clapping disappears.

Dom is such a genius, that he managed to create a game that accurately simulates the fear, paranoia, and backstabbing that occured under Stalin.

I honestly want another episode with different players just to see how it devolves again 😂

I have never before seen such a beautiful, elegant, perfectly balanced board game in my life. Every rule is written, exactly as it’s meant to be, for the betterment of the proletariat. It is perfectly balanced for all players, just as all nations will inevitably be, I would not change a single aspect of the game. If I could live inside a boardgame, it would certainly be this one.

Main Player Dom as expected, masterpiece. The pure joy and terror for Tilly, Holly and Laurie as first timers is amazing. Sully with his past trauma. We obviously need another one, we still haven't seen what is in the 3rd deck of cards!!!!

Epic video once again The "name your rule part" was especially funny, because we all know that most people would find a way to earn more money, without thinking about the consequences it will have on themselves Personally I would have gone for a rule that went: "If I go to Jail, I can pick any of the other players to roll for me, if they roll a double I go free, if they roll a 1 then they disappear for trying to help a convict"

I like how, twice, Sullivan just decided not to use his Politbureau ability and just drew a card from Communist Test instead of picking the one that would benefit him

Something about having a game master of some sorts also being like an unreliable narrator is so entertaining.

Based soley on the look in Sullivan's eyes at the start of this game, I can only assume that at this point in the House Rules timeline, the first Communopoly ended with Adam 'disappearing'. Sully has seen some shit.

For even more chaos: for the $1000 rule, you should make the punishment only apply if someone "reports" it to the state

My suggestion: make Dom in charge of creating the rules for every House Rules from now on. Make sure the other cast members don't know about the rules before they play. And have him lead the game in-character.

Absolutely love this. Just how everything plays out with 21:51, as the music drops and it crash cuts to Tilly going “I think we should kill Sullivan!” and him immediately floundering trying to save himself is just perfect. Absolutely perfect.

I've just gotten to Sully's rant, we need a kickstarter both to get an official game and to fund a whole series.

I'm glad we got a second iteration of this, the format of Dom being a game master for a somewhat arbitrary game is working so well.

I watched this randomly and now I’ve gone through and spent the entire week going through a back catalog of some great games played on this channel.

The best part of this is definitely that Sully is just having violent flashbacks and trauma from the last one, while the others are somewhat positive about what's to happen here.

A little suggestion for the HAT: in my humble opinion it would be better for a win condition, that he would be shot and no score, unless he rolls a double six, and in this case he would win the game. Loved the content, keep it up.

I love Dom. Playing as Stalin really allows his brand of comedy to come through well. Communopoly has to have been my favourite video solely for comrade Dom's performance. I'm so glad it returned.

Having Sullivan being the only one playing that vaguely remembers the pieces is a funny angle. Honestly this episode was even better than I could've asked for. Everybody's reactions to the unforeseen elements new and old are banger.

Actually, Stalin’s body doubles were not executed after Stalin’s death, although they were to be executed if they ever failed to convince everyone that they were the real deal when they were working as a double. After his death, they had to create a new life and identity. One of his former body doubles, Felix Dadaev, wrote about his experience in an autobiography entitled, “I was Stalin’s Double” after being given permission to discuss it by the Russian government in 2008.
