I don't know why but something just feels good about classic skeletons. Or as my friends call them, SKELEBOYS!

I did the sculpts for these! Awesome video, the paint job you put on them really brings them to life!

I love these. My style is definitely the 80s 90s oldschool over exaggerated cartoonish type.

Yes, been waiting for this. They're cheap enough to risk buying them from my country (shipping is cheap as well). Gonna wait some more time since the dollar exchange rate is really high right now, but I might pull the trigger in the near future

As a man with a groovy skeleton icon (whose transparency often causes the quality to be butchered by websites when used as such), I must say, these boneheads have a pretty cool retro look to them. As someone who only recently started working with scatter that isn't from Heroquest the endnote about the terrain expansion really rattled my bones-- in a good way.

Honestly the warhammer age of sigmar skeletons are a pretty good deal and with all the extra leftover weapons arms skulls shields etc. You can easily make either gravesites or additional skeletons crawling out of the ground

The Human ones from the same company work great if you need low-cost statue figures as scatter terrain. :)

Don't know if it's been mentioned in here as of yet. But the monster adventure terrain is up on Kickstarter. Looks Very promising! They've already reached their backing goal and then some!

Nice. I took a look at their stuff on Amazon. I'm considering their gnolls, but I'm not 100% sure they'll work well even after a paint job. What are your thoughts on that particular set in a D&D or Pathfinder setting? I also recently caught a sale on Amazon for Path Gaming's set of 38 D&D miniatures for $14. I guess the Path set usually being around $35 isn't a bad deal, but the sale was difficult to skip out on. The detail and quality is quite nice on them.

Nice tip, but once you own even a cheap FDM printer prices like 10 cents per miniature are common.

I think for the price i'd prefer the mantic ones, I can get a box of 40 for £24 ($31.19) in the uk, works out to 60p ($0.78) a mini

Origin miniatures up next?

I worry that SCS is making these figure sculpts to thin for the material they're using. I would have liked to have seen them embrace chunkier, more comical sculpts like the Cyclops and the Devil from the Movie Monsters set but in a smaller scale.

hey, let me point out some wargaming companies that make MUCH better looking skeletons and are about the same price: wargames atlantic, mantic, warlord games, games workshop (yes, gw is not always expensive). you can find single sprues on ebay if you don't want the whole box. of course, being wargaming models, you have to put them together and you shouldn't step on them.

Garbage miniatures... You get what you pay for.
