I love the idea of Elsa surrendering in that scene. And considering her situation, (the fact that she's afraid of her powers and the damage they could do) it makes a lot more sense compared to what we got in the movie. It shows us her deepest and darkest thoughts, making us understand her better and making her feel more real. Now that I think about it, movie Elsa getting angry and nearly killing a guard seems out of character for her. Don't get me wrong, Frozen 1 was great, but after hearing and seeing this, I really want to see the musical as well. Great animatic btw, you're talented! And you definitely deserver more views ♥♥
To be fair, in the movie, she was angry and not thinking clearly until she's snapped out of it. So I see her nearly killing those guards being a "heat of the moment" kind of thing.
I love Elsa from frozen on Broadway. Out of the characters, Elsa is my favorite. The way do anything to make things right no what it is and learns to embrace who she is and basically growing up with damage her life. An this why Elsa is one of my favorite Disney characters on Broadway. I hug her so much
