This is day 207 of my journey to get to a rating of 2000 on chess.com.
In this game we play a dutch defense and go for a big attack on the enemy king! I messed up a little in the early game, but overall I'm very pleased with this one! Hope you enjoy it!

Nice win but I’ve said this before that bishop on e7 almost got you in a lot of trouble if your opponent had found 9.Ng5 @4:00.

Yeah... I really need to watch for this, but I do like my bishop on e7, I'm gonna keep going with it, I just need to maybe play h6...

@@Blunder_ManHow do you defend your pawn on e6? Qe8 which is common in the Dutch doesn’t work as the bishop on e7 blocks it’s defence.

Instead of doing 1 game of rapid sometimes play 4-5 blitzs

this is a series to get to 2k, so I need to play the rapid format, I'm open to doing blitz games to 2k, but probably only after I complete my rapid to 2k

@@romanstryker yeah, I've often streamed blitz, I think that's a good idea, streaming rapid isn't so great. If I stream in the future I'll make sure I only do blitz
