Ground. News is great... totally PREMIUM... @GrindHardPlumbingCo why not rotate from nutsack back yards 180° to move weight to right side of bike if chain needs to be moved nothing u can't figure out then u could move the front suspension and tire mounting points 6 inches to the right as well to get some weight over there and then bring it back to keep the bike centered ??

The comments saying just clearcoat it over the steel. I 100% agree. The whole bike screams industial, and the tank looks just like old school iron plate armor. Looks so nice!!!

You would have to prime the steel or it will rust underneath the clear over time I paint for a living

@@zachdickens8569 why would it do that? Clear coated steel is a thing, and it'll be fine especially for something that will live indoors and see relatively little use.

Without an etching primer it will rust eventually. But like you said, for something that lives indoors and comes out to play every now and then it's not a big deal. I have a bike frame that's just clear coat and there are small veins of rust where the coating chipped but it actually looks kind of cool. @@jaredlancaster4137

@@jaredlancaster4137nothing of theres lives inside everything they own is stored outside even through the winter. But i agree with the clear coat i want it to just be the steel with clear coat but idk anything about professional painting so i wont speak on whether it will work or not 👍

The seat area is going to create a massive air pocket when you fill it with gas. If you run a tube from the inside to the back of it all the way to the front of the tank it will allow the air pocket to travel to the front. The higher point

That seat spike is out of nightmares. I imagine myself bumping on the road, getting in between the rear tire and that horror seat spike, which would spill my guts open on the road.

yeah i don't really understand anything about this. this thing isn't going off road and doesn't even steer. they invented an off road bike many decades ago and it's called a dirt bike, this is neither an innovation nor a reinvention. i don't understand the positive comments in the 4 digits every video nor the massive subscriber/view count.

@@jaredlancaster4137i literally said i don't understand it and gave my reasons. i gave up trying to understand it when it rolled down the driveway and fell over and i saw all the frame was on one side. it seems like they don't even understand how motorcycles stay upright or steer. if it's just about watching someone weld something useless then you could say that and i would try to meet you halfway, but that is not the majority of the thousands of positive comments which are inexplicable.

And there is none of that made for TV BS drama. It's guys that actually enjoy hanging out together. The positive interactions are part of what make this content enjoyable. I totally agree that RU-vid has revolutionized content like this. The bar for entry is lower and there is a lot of crap on here, but there are some real gems like Grind Hard.

Back in the day of OCC, I was amazed at the Craftsmanship of the fuel tanks. They have NOTHING on you guys with this tank fabrication. The videoagraphy showing the detail of this tank build is off ANY chart. The vision from a dream to forming is inspirational. Absolutely Beautiful And I haven't even finished watching the whole video.

many years ago i used to obsessivly watch American Hotrod and loved the episodes where they showed Roy crafting something out of sheet, and with the biker buildoff series Ethan reminded me of Jesse James bending metal over his knee. all those types of TV show ended up being tacky reality shows where the focus was on arguments and not the crafting which was such a shame. love that you guys are going down that route and taking the time to show us all the amazing fabrication work. could watch it for hours.

Ethan, huge props to your metalworking skills and creative genius! The Monster Chopper and your other wild builds always leave me in awe. Just wanted to chime in: when I noticed the swing arms, I couldn't help but wonder if having them on opposite sides might improve weight balance. Also, the radiator's placement with the curve towards the front had my OCD squirming a bit! But hey, you're the expert here, and I'm just enjoying the ride. Love the channel, been following quietly for ages, wishing I had a fraction of your talent. Keep the creativity flowing!

That drift phonk song slaps! Awesome sound design to incorporate the sounds from Will's car. That stuff is not easy to add and keep the beat cohesive. I've only ever made 1 phonk beat and it's definitely way more nuanced than you'd think. Lol.
