@@Vesperitis it won't cure, but it will get better. you start to have different expectations and get a feel for challenging games, and it will help you manage your frustrations. specially as you get more used to specific genres, you will learn to understand the tools you have and be able to see when something is doable and that you can improve, you start to see what you need to do right for you to beat the challenge. suddenly frustration becomes focus as you start to get into The Zone. its also why I kinda quit competitive multiplayer games, and mostly play them casually. they take too much dedication to get to that point, since the challenges are not constant, and the huge amount of variables out of your control makes it a lot harder to get a feel for the game and turn frustration into focus. when you beat everyone with a setup once but get obliterated next with the same setup, there is only frustration.

@@Vesperitis Depends what you play, I guess. You need to break yourself completely and experience gamer ego death to become immune to the rage. I haven't gotten angry at a game since beating Dark Souls for the first time. I spent like five hours on Demon of Hatred in Sekiro and it didn't even phase me.
