0:57 I remember people saying this roar belongs to either Gore Magala, Lagiacrus, or even Inagami from MH Frontier lol Glad to be among the ones who believes the roar at the end of Chameleos reveal trailer is an updated roar of his. Edit: I hope by this, people would learn that everytime they hear an unknown or mysterious roar at the end of certain monster reveal trailer, it Does Not definitely always means that they are teasing the next monster for the future monster reveal.
Guys i have noticed that some animations for the monsters in this game are moves from monsters that are from older games. Of Course All Monsters Have Atleast One Copied Move in the moveset. Depending On Their Species Type Like For Example Yian Kut Ku And Kulu Ya Ku had the Triple Beak Peck Thingy. So basically what I'm saying is that Chameleos has Gammoth's Big Slam Move. (I could be wrong maybe its just Vaal Hazak's Slam.) And Magnamalo Has Gore Magalas Bite To Tail Swipe Move,And Basarios Has The Ukanlos Ground Surfing Attack. There might be a chance to see the rest of the Fated Four and Gore Magala,Ukanlos And Akantor in Rise in the Future!
So much about this fight throws me for a loop. I have an easier time fighting Kushala and Teostra when I used to have a really hard time with Kushala. I really love this boi tho, the sound effect while cloaking and uncloaking he makes is probably my favorite part.
I think the invisibility of chameleos on MH2 is much OP than this one, in here you can still see it after it became invisible, but not on MH2, You won't gonna see Chameleos there unles it choose show itself
My first experience with Chameleos was in Rise, and I remember being quite surprised about it being an elder dragon back when I first saw it. It's a cool monster though
I’m playing Generations Ultimate at this moment. Rise looks beautiful, but the stupid one line remarks from the character really turn me off... Does anyone know if they can be disabled?
The remarks can be disabled, but they can actually be pretty useful. Rathian tail spins are way easier to dodge because your hunter says “Something’s coming!” or “Watch Out!” like a full two seconds before she flips. Also you get a lot of voice options to choose from, and I promise that some of them are less annoying than others. I personally use voice 19, it’s a tougher feminine voice that has perfectly decent voice lines.
@@CodinskiSchwartzando another example is nargas tailslam which is hard to read without voices because it can either fake you out or actually do the slam
I know it’s “big anime swords the game” but, does it bother other people you need to *sharpen* a war hammer? They could have reworked that system for that weapon class
If they renamed it durability would you be OK with it? Like, nothing different, just using a different name? Because really, balance-wise, it makes sense.
I might be wrong, but i've always imagined that when you sharpen the hammer, you're actually removing monster parts, blood, etc... Things that could ''cushion'' the impacts.
On the contrary he uses alot more poison based moves than he did on 4U and the older games. Combined with his ability to camouflage, he just became much harder to fight.
