They got it right in rise especially in sunbreak where both air and ground were extremely viable for damage rather then worlds ground only for best dps But them potentially removing helicopter is legitimately infuriating because they’re removing a core mechanic to the glaive they might also be removing the downwards thrust and impale as well guess I’m going for sns now and wait till rises team makes there next game :/
I might play insect glaive this time around, the kinsects attacking in tandem looks super cool. I never liked how checklisty it felt gathering the 3 buffs, so that happening naturally while you attack sounds way better. That and the new buff spending spinny move looks really fun
@@titanjakob1056 downward thrust is still present. But what's more infuriating is we now need to get three extracts just to use the enhanced/changed combo. It's insane. In some situations e.g. monster gets knocked down, extracts expire, you'll have to waste more time gathering extracts. Unlike just one tapping the head and then you can go back to combos. It's just so annoying. I hope we're just blinded right now because there's just not enough in-depth videos or explainers available.
@@landshark8794 Yeah seems like we didn't get more than what was shown in the trailer. I feel like we would have gotten more or something flashy but doesn't seem like it.
I love both channels. I appreciate both teams. Sad to see Alex go but I am grateful that you guys continue to put out great videos and coverage of all the games. Thank you, Arekkz Gaming team, and thank you RageGaming team. I look forward to watching all the videos of both teams! Cheers.
I love how the origin story for so many people, along with their online names is WoW. I played a lot of games pre-WoW, but only really started getting into it with WoW and Aner is just a name I auto-generated when I started my first rogue in WoW, and just stuck with it because that's what everyone knew me as.
Me as a lance main standing in the corner and enjoying the talks about many of the weapons but not mine. Still love the new changes for the weapons and the direction they are going for
insect glaive hasn't have a bounce before world and as a brr stick main i actually am very excited to explore new playstyles other than spaming the same rotation over and over.
My biggest question for Wilds is; Will it have actual Co-op play through the story or does it force you to play everything multiple times if you want to play and explore the game with friends?
Please have another stream like this after you all finish the game. i would love a group discussion about the base game after you all have finished it.
Great upload, thx, I was just a little sad as a sns main that I didn't really see much on it or information. 😢aka hopefully my dragon punch is back crossing fingers 😅
Another MH cc @Teraryza played the demo at PAX recently. In the four person demo two of the players had NEVER played a MH game before that moment. And that was with them waiting in a capped line for who knows how long. I think it's going to be bigger than any of us realize.
18:45 it isn’t automatic, nor a bug. you use WASD for the direction, you could start and end at the tail in rise too. it’s gud. Edit: oh yeah for controller I mean it should be the same with the stick
Yeah the Kinsects attack with us now in focused mode, even collecting and returning essences if you stop your combo long enough. Having the kinsect be more involved is great I like that. I'm still going to mourn the loss of aerial bouncing though. Since that was an utility I fell in love with back in World. The weighted way world felt with the bounce felt fun to me.. I'm just hoping that with the full release folks like me who does love aerial IG gets to have our cake and eat it too. Otherwise, well there are other weapons heh. I'm excited for CB as well. Oh right! I'm also excited for the new Pole Dancing Mount Finisher that IG has!
20:45 is not necessarily true and I feel the tracer arrow is a big upgrade for me. Different monster parts have different HZV against bullets as well as the element type. Depending on the bow build, it can be tricky to aim at specific parts, especially 6th Gen and up monsters move a lot more. As an example, I used to practice a lot tracing Odogaron's head in World, which is even harder in multiplayer. I am definitely going to take advantage of the tracer a lot in Wilds
