The other games were amazing, but felt really repetitive and got boring. This game is amazing with so many new features, and looks beautiful. By far their best title

This was a superb way to go over the base game and introduce the new mechanics coming in Iceborne. Super excited to see Iceborne once it lands on PC and record some amazing new monsters and hunt them.

I've only seen Tigrex in the Hoarfrost Reach and Rotten Vale, and Nargacuga in the Ancient Forest. I don't think they'll interact. Deviljho and Bazelgeuse will be everywhere, so hopefully we see those ones!

Everyone is talking about the beetle that got kicked. But who else noticed that the handle is MUCH more tolerable now? Like, she's not perfect, but this is a major step up in my eyes.
@@groggod666 uh...no...no it isn't. Monster Hunter 4, or at least the Ultimate version, was back on the 3DS. World is Monster Hunter 5 in the main series, hence the *5th* fleet. I assume a reason it was called world was just so newcomers wouldn't feel they had to play the other 4 main games, their ultimate versions, spin offs etc.
You know for a character that is supposed to be hated by quite a few people I am glad of Monster Hunter acknowledging her and for the comment section not being cancer.

Hold up, Tigrex is in the ancient forest now?! I mean it makes sense since it’s right next to a desert and monsters like Pukei, anajanth and kulu travelling between the two but still. Does that mean we’ll get a Nargacuga vs Tigrex turf war? Please say yes!

Im not sure if I’d say Tigrex will be everywhere. I mean, it’s confirmed to inhabit the Hoarfrost reach, ancient forest and rotten vale with the wildspire wastes being all but confirmed looking at what we know about Tigrex which leaves both the Coral highlands and the elders recess which don’t really fit Tigrex imo (elders recess would be a good environment for brute Tigrex tho)

@@adamjsher04 I mean, I'm still planning on buying the expansion soon after it comes out, just to see how people receive it right before I decide whether or not it's worth it, but it's still a bummer that players on platforms other than PS won't get to play the demo. I'm pretty sure this exclusivity has something to do with a partnership between PlayStation and Capcom.
PlayStation is always throwing through money around for exclusivity, it's just annoying. I realize it is to make you want to buy a PS, but honestly it just makes me want to never buy one, if only for some childish revenge

Monster Hunter World deserved Game of the Year 2018. The Monster Hunter team has the perfect formula here. All we need now is ALOT more maps and a FEW monsters.

@Voku Yeah, but they could -easily- have done that without using the stupidest, most useless sue for the job (or at least given us the option of making our own Handler), without making you feel like you're playing a total idiot newbie considering Hunter is supposed to KNOW this stuff narratively. Handler is pointless.
Voku true but iceborne takes place after the original story so they should’ve played the original game if they are watching iceborne videos because it contains some spoilers bout the elder crossing and legiana and stuff like that. Edit: so really my point is there can’t really be noobs in iceborne Because they played the original game before it (well most people unless they are looking for spoilers)

You can't just have an ice/snow map with underground caves and leave out a certain phallic wyvern that ironically happens to be very popular in Japan... :/ Fear it, run from it, it is inevitable! (in graphic HD).
This will be great, but I hope Iceborn will be more difficult than the main game, where the hunters are more adapted to the environment than the monster who live there
Man I really don't understand the hate for the handler. I mean if you don't like her voice okay but literally she's a tutorial girl she's meant to teach qnd considering she does a descent job of explaining.
I was never huge on her but after completing the game she grew on me a lot, and after talking to her on the Witcher crossover quest and the way she looks up to your character, I really like her as a character. She’s got a good heart
@@Schinak literally she thanks you everytime you save her the only thing i wish is that they would do the whole npc hunting thing they do in the frontier series it'd be cool if she fought with you sometimes. Also moron, acident prone yes, can be scatter brained but she literally keeps you records for monsters like every other handler before. I don't agree with you but I would like to see her somewhat self aware of her death dodges, it could be better for comedy than her ignoring it, that i agree with.
She isn't too bad. I think people don't like her for 2 reasons: 1. If you're either a veteran or have just been playing these games for while regardless of starting point, everything she says outside of learning the slinger and worlds newer aspects, are somewhat irrelevant, but tbh are necessary for newer players or returning players who haven't played in a while. 2. Story wise, she didn't do much other then push that kart in the desert and obsess over food, or at least from what we see. It is clear in the backround she is doing research herself and such, at least to me. That and people who aren't new to anything in any game just don't like hearing what they may already know again or just don't like tutorial characters. I personally don't mind her.

@@bizmofunyuns799 yeah but she had the looks, she's appealing for the general public, and doesn't really do much, but the Handler cooks meals, makes sure your Huneter notes are organized, and even makes sure you have extra food just incase. If that's not waifu perfection IDK what is. Also yes when I saw the Handler in the back of Jho, I went Ultra Instinct in him. Never touched me and got her to safety in what felt like 2 seconds for me but I'm sure it was longer than that realistically.

It's amazing to think that animations and games alike not all that long ago where just 8 bit sprites and shit. Look at them now. It's hard to tell what's cutscene and what's gameplay because they look play about the same. I'm glad I could be alive during this time to see such awesome things like this
