Monster Hunter World - Teostra's Theme

When I first saw Teo's intro cutscene I was honestly awestruck at the sheer badassery of it, and things only got better when this absolute banger started playing. Needless to say he instantly became one of my favourite monsters in the game and has retained that position ever since

I could listen to this for days. I love fighting Teostra just for the theme. Tempered is more fun because the fight is longer. ^_^

1:23 this part should've dropped way harder, that would make this theme a bigger improvement. Just give it am explosion.

One of the things I love about this theme is that it fits Teostra so well, it sounds reminiscent of Roman War music, and all of Teostra’s weapons are Roman themed like the Teostra Spada

This is soooooo goooood! The old theme only reminded me of the environment it was in didn't really feel in.... But this one is more majestic , heroic , vibrant , alive.... It's reminds me of what I'm up against like the theme actually belongs to Teostra and he owns it .... One of my favorite themes of the game

This and bazel are hands down the best themes in mhw. Really suits Teostra so well, an ancient foe that is the master of fire, deemed the most powerful of elder dragons. Really emphasises that you are facing a truly legendary foe. Also considering he’s a lion and lions are known as the kings of the jungle, they did well making this theme very regal. Even Teostras body language in the game is spot on and ties in with who he is. The beat is a perfect mix of ferocious fire and powerfull regality.

❤️ This theme embodies the beast perfectly. Also, it's not out to harm anyone. You can go up and chill with it since back in the day (Older titles) for photos or a pick-nick. Second you start something though... Income the drums! 💥

There are definitely parts in the original theme that are superior but overall I love the regality and power that is conveyed through this version. If some of the brass had a bit more punch to it this would go from really really good to great

the original one fit with the dude eating chicken while dancing from that KFC ad and is therefore superior as a result.

My favorite elder dragon to fight

This definitely was the hardest boss out of the main game. Him and Nergigante were extremely hard for the newbie I was. Kushala and Hazak were still challenging, but goddamn. I thank myself for getting the Fire mantle

Don't mind me...the first time monster hunter hunter with a hunting horn.......saving people from the super nova with a flash pod...and earplugging people... I'm partially glad that I don't have nostalgia spoil things for me in this game......which also makes me slightly sad if there is another monster hunter game in the future. Seeing the game for the first time won't be the same

Was helping a friend of mine beat the elder dragons before fighting Xenojiva, and they managed to SOLO Teostra with the Gunlance. AND THEY WEREN'T OPTIMIZED FOR THE FIGHT!

This version really does fit for a rematch against an elder dragon

So heres my explanation Teostra has some beats which represents some myth of Sun (Teo) Moon (Luna) Teostras theme has that backround music which is a lower pitch compares to Lunastra that has a higher pitch in the theme they are making Teostra look more harsh rather than the even harsher Lunastra.

he looks like Squall's lion thing on his gunblade ngl. Not a manticore cause he doesn't have poison attacks at all. Fits as Squall's G-Force totem thing though.

True king of the jungle theme

I love the feel they went for, but it’s missing some oomph. Harder brass and more intense drums would do it. Still prefer the original, though this one is way more fitting for the Emperor of Flames.
