Good morning. Platinum Cottages, the manufacturer, reimbursed us all the repair cost. We just had to give them receipts. If you can find a company to do repairs, thats probably the best way to go. But we didnt have alot of options out here in western Montana 😄. Like they say with any rv, you better be handy because things are going to break. Thanks for watching and commenting

Almost all newer vinyl framed windows will have removable stops, to replace a broken glass. Its not really that hard. Toughest part is ordering the correct thickness and color.

Hi Candice. Unfortunately, Platinum blamed most of the issues on covid. How many more years are companies going to use that excuse. I can say that over all, we are very happy with the tiny home. And I would recommend RRC and Platinum to people interested in buying one. But there are definitely things that can be done to prevent the damage that occurred. First and foremost, install sheetmetal or plywood on the underbelly, where tire blow outs caused the most damage. And use new tires!!! After all, I did pay for new tires, not used ones. But you have to expect some problems when you ship a 400sqft home 1800 miles from Texas, over the Rockies, to Montana.😁 Thanks for the comment and for watching.
