Man, I’m impressed and glad to find your review videos for all that is trending regarding PC builds! I definitely love the level of details you share that other reviewers miss and are important for the consumer trying to figure out what to pick in order to have a well balanced and efficient build. This case for sure takes the cake in my book, even over Lian Li’s Evo RGB. All that it brings and accommodates has definitely secured my case election. What I was specifically looking for was the hub configuration and logic that others didn’t mention. Thank you so much, great work!!! I’m actually surprised your channel isn’t at half a mil subs at least. But for sure, I wish you the best and hope you reach extraordinary audience levels.

Brilliantly detailed explanation how the case works, looked at lots of sites, this one is the best. Totally love the Montech Kind 95 Pro, having bought replacement ARGB fans for a 'cheaper' case, you actually save money with the pro version. Best case ever. Easy to build a new pc, they have really thought the design through. The other case is being returned lol. Bit worried aboiut my Deepcool LE 720 AIO though lol, not sure there will be space for it. Will update in a few days. Wish I had listened to this vid first! I have a Rog Strix z790-E wifi mobo which does have a flush heatsink. But the DeepCool LE720 is 50cm deep so it might just fit. No idea how it will perform though in comparison to the Artiic II. I couldn't use the Artic fan as apparently it causes frequency problems with the mobo (only found this out after buying the mobo, purely by chance as compatability issues were raised elsewhere - there is a long list of mobo's that have compatability issues). I do love the mobo so will try to work with it. This build is proving to be quite difficult lolol. But very grateful for the detail provided in this channel as I wouldn't have even known such problems could exist in advance of the build. No other site even hints at this.

I found your channel only through searching for the product. Your review was thorough AF. Well done sir. Your review was so thorough, I subscribed. My only complaint was suggesting mounting a radiator on the side with hoses at the bottom of the case so that the pump is above it. While it will work, it will cause additional stress to the pump and will eventually cause a pump failure *much sooner* than it would fail otherwise.

I wonder if you can install a radiator on the bottom of the case even though it doesn't say you can? I can see a 360mm would have issues unless it was maybe a slim one? But I don't see why rads wouldnt work on the bottom as long as you can use one of the fan slots to screw it down.

Hi jieli bai, welcome to my channel. Yes you can mount a 360 rad but it does not allow flexibility to move the rad like some other cases where you have a rail type of mounting.

very nice case. just wish they had a smaller, mATX version with a footprint of a Zalman p30 or even smaller if possible at under 40L. Another thing is like most other cases, the 140mm fans are partially blocked as the mounting points block the sides of the fans to accomodate mounting holes for 120mm fans.

@@KleoYan when it comes to looks & performance Montech wins over every case. It is easily top 1 for me. I don’t think I can compare any other case to this one because it not only performs, but it also looks very good & the build quality is insane. The trick is to switch out the stock fans for high performance fans. my 4090 stays at 37-39c while idle & 40c while gaming in 1080p low with the mesh front panel on. There’s nothing to dislike about this case. - 420mm of gpu clearance - can house a 4090 no problem - psu is not on the bottom of the gpu & instead in the back - options to use a mesh or glass front panel - can house up to 13 fans if you do a push pull config either at the top or front with a rad - can vertical mount any gpu - a lot of ventilation - good build quality overall - cable management is easy There’s legit nothing to dislike about this case… this is hands down the best case ever made. no other case will give you the same thermals as this one. none of them

@KleoYan
@KleoYan 4 месяца назад
hello Fades!, welcome to my channel. That's correct each sata is to provide power to PWM and ARGB, as how to connect will be PSU to the PSU Sata cable, then plug the Montech hub to the other end of the PSU sata cable. for the other 2 cables which is one for ARGB and one for PWM. for argb is you intend to make user of your motherboard argb utlity to control the argb effects, then plug it to your argb motherboard header. as for the fan, plug it to your motherboard fan header. I would advise to do this. for liquid AIO or Air cooler, plug your fans directly to motherboard CPU_FAN as for case fans like CHA_FAN or SYS_FAN, then plug the fan PWM connector from the hub to it. just make sure you know which you plug as it controls the RPM of your fans.

Function of the case LED switch are as follow. 【Switch lighting mode】: press the LED button to switch between different lighting mode. 【Turn off the Lighting】: Press the LED button for 5 seconds until the lighting is turned off. 【Sync with the motherboard】: Connect the ARGB wire(5V) onto the motherboard, press the LED button for 3 secondsLED.

@@ethancbaker2002 Just to share with you, how I will plug it. if you have Liquid AIO, plug the pump to PUMP_FAN and plug the radiator fans directly to CPU_FAN. then for case fans, plug it to the fan/argb hub. then connect the 4pin PWM connector to any of the motherboard fan header. this way if your case fan failed (the fan/argb hub failed). your AIO radiator fans will still be operational.

Hi Logo 800, welcome to my channel. you are required to plug the Sata connector from the fan/argb hub to your PSU Sata cable. As that will provide current for your fans and the argb leds. Can you flip the side fan mount upsidedown or remove it entirely? Saw your thermal test showing side radiator is cooler and want to get some of new taller 28-30mm fans on the radiator but would rather have guaranteed room for GPU's since they're massive and the clearance looked tight. Hi Angelo Jeremy Dy, welcome to my channel. You have hit the jackpot as the Lancool 216 is my all time favourite case. It's tough to choose between these cases as both are very modular and well build. I will advise you to narrow down these points and to decide (Montech King 95 vs Lancool 216) , from most important 1) ~ 3) to less important 4) and 5) 1) which is cheaper? (Most important as you can spend lesser on case and to use on better PC Parts) 2) does the case provides you the features you wanted? 3) do you have enough space to place it on your desk? 4) do you want a different color? 5) both case does showcase your build but which is more elegant? I have also done a review on the Lancool 216, ru-vid.com/group/PLEW-b-2vYDdPPLZkj4wPeAdBx3Jhxp4dc&si=7tA6KbqyRzVloIwl Compare my reviews on both cases, once you know each caoability, first factor to will be price, which is more worth getting Note : both cases are given to me so please take this as a pinch of salt. For me I have to admit, I like the King 95 but yet to test the thermal. Looking at the structure, all areas are ventilated, plus I am able to convert the side tray as front intake and to change the front tempered glass to mesh panel. I will go for this case over the Lancool 216 as these are my reason 1) I can choose a different color (red or blue) 2) it's more spacious 3) it has a unique look 4) I believe airflow will be good as I've mentioned 5) My desk have enough space to put this case 6) excellent to showcase my build, this is for myself to look at.

@@Newtopcgaming23 if a fan fail. Yes you can see by the lightings or the rotation of fans. As mentioned is my style to plug fans and to control them. I would plug aio pump to AIO_PUMP header on the motherboard as that header carries much more ampere on some motherboard and radiator fans to CPU_FAN. As some motherboard will prompt at initial start up is CPU_FAN is detected faulty and such. As for the rest of the fan headers. Either you use it or to apply to a fan hub is perfectly fine, even they are faulty, it’s just the impact of the case airflow. I may be dumb lol. sorry to keep bothering but your ports all look to be able to put the three argb connectors in it. I am installing a Corsair h150i elite lcd aio on my build and instead of putting corsairs fans on it I’ve decided to use montechs fans so they all match! They are the same 120 pwm fans that come with the rest of the case I wish I could show. It all looks good but I just want my argb to connect to the fan hub and I can’t I think I’m just dumb and it’s just a cover keeping me from plugging them in lol

@KleoYan 5 месяцев назад
@@ethancbaker2002 hmm.. at time 45:43, you will see that the fan and hub controller, right below it, there are two screws. you can remove and take out the controller. plug your fan pwm and argb and once done. screw it back in place.. that's what I did, anything unsure, can always refer to the instruction manual.

@KleoYan Can i side mount nzxt 280 radiator?
@KleoYan
@KleoYan 4 месяца назад
Hi A S SHAFIQ, welcome back. I can mount 280 Arctic LF2 or 3 radiator directly to the side tray and have fans above the radiator. For 280 Galahad II LCD I have to do push pull configuration as the radiator is too width and too tall to Fit. Also I have to vertical mount my GPU to give clearance. As for your nzxt, I have no idea. Best if you can search the specs measurements of the 3 aios and compare. I believe you have asked this question.
@ShafiqAS
@ShafiqAS 4 месяца назад
@@KleoYan yes, thank you, I was confused because their website said that you can only mount 240 on the side that's why I asked you, and Galahad 2 LCD radiator (319.5 x 140 x 30mm) and Nzxt 280 radiator(315 x 143 x 30mm) I think I can put in side ways and one more thing with 280 rad do I have to install 140mm fan or 120mm ..
@KleoYan
@KleoYan 4 месяца назад
@@ShafiqAS 280 Liquid AIO is to use 140mm fans, you can't mount 120mm fans on a 280 Liqiud AIO, unless you use a bracket but it defeat the purpose to have a 280 rad and to use 120mm fans.

Man, Lian Li cases are so ahead of the future, so many brand improvised and praised O11 so much that there will be much more good quality dual-chamber case. If there any company make a M-ATX Dual Chamber case I’ll buy it right away (except O11 Mini because you have to buy SFX PSU and it’s expensive 😢)

Hi PLkay, welcome back, hmm 🤔 m-atx. Let me see what I can find and let you know. I only know O11 Air Mini allows atx PSU but the space and allocation of that case is weird to me. Maybe you can try out this chassis. The build quality is rock solid.
