Come join the fun and see some of what 2023 Monterey Bay Jade Festival had to offer! I am already really looking forward to seeing what 2024 Jade Festival has to offer 😍
In this video I peruse some vendor spaces, I do make some purchases off camera (haul coming up!) And then it is off to the SHOWCASE! There we see stunning whole boulders of jade and finely crafted pendants and sculptures. This truly was an amazing show, if you missed it then I highly recommend going next year.

Jade just has that lovely soothing texture that is candy to the eyes. If I was there I would probably spend way to much. I have found a few slicks in my life and they are definitely treasures. Thank you for sharing!!!👍❤

I bought two pieces of rough, and regret not buying the slab. The slab was $60 and the rough I bought were $20 a piece. I want to cut one soon, if I get some good slices I will let you know first and give you an AMAZING deal on it my best friend 👍💖

Wow! So much beauty! I love jade! It's such a big part of my heritage and I grew up with it. I'm Chinese. So it's just something that's been collected and cherished by my family since way before I was born and there is heirloom pieces. It has been passed down for as long as my family has been around! So this video was exciting to watch! Thank you for sharing!

Amazing Video ER! I'm going to watch it 1000 times. Thank you for sharing your experience with us! I love Big Sur Jade! Something so magical to me. Glad I ventured down that cliff years ago and experienced that Jade Beach. The sound of the tumbling stones in the waves was extraordinary to hear, like the sing song of a rain stick. Such a powerful impression remains 30 years later. I believe it's a journey everyone needs to do at least once in their lives!

Thanks for the video. My craved pendant came out a bit dark, but that was because it was placed on dark cloth. Oh well. At least I got second place in the carving event. Working on next year's piece now.

I think it shows nicely, but I can see the point you make. Still looked really good, and was at a great eye level/angle for everyone to easily view it. Your work is wonderful and it was nice to meet you in person too! (I had the Maw Sit Sit necklace on) Looking forward to capturing even better video of your and all the other participants fantastic new work! 👏🏆🎉🪨 Happy carving my friend! 🙏💖
